Forma oggetto della presente innovazione un elemento scatolare allungato, realizzato in opportuni materiali plastici assemblati, da applicare alle ringhiere metalliche o a telai di ringhiere, particolarmente per terrazze e balconi, con la funzione di ridurre gli spazi liberi tra le aste della ringhiera e quindi assicurare la migliore protezione per i bambini, contro la caduta accidentale di oggetti, oltre che per conferire alla stessa ringhiera una funzione maggiormente decorativa. Caratteristica principale della presente innovazione è quella di prevedere la realizzazione di un elemento scatolare allungato, con un fondo e un coperchio, realizzati per sagomatura o stampaggio di materiale plastico ad esempio di tipo ABS, detto fondo e detto coperchio essendo tra loro uniti e preferibilmente associati con del materiale plastico intermedio ad esempio del tipo poliuretano espanso, detto elemento scatolare presentando, sulla sua superficie esterna del suo fondo, almeno una staffa sagomata ad “U”, avente una spalla che è dotata di un foro filettato, nel quale foro si alloggia una vite, il cui gambo è in grado di stringere l’asta della ringhiera contro l’alta spalla della stessa staffa, per assicurare il fissaggio dell’elemento scatolare alla stessa ringhiera. Il compito proposto e gli altri scopi indicati sono perfettamente conseguiti con la presente innovazione, la quale prevede la realizzazione di un elemento scatolare allungato, con un fondo ed un coperchio che sono realizzati in una varietà di forme tra loro corrispondenti, per sagomatura o stampaggio di un adeguato materiale plastico del tipo ABS o PVC, detti elementi di fondo e di coperchio comprendendo anche una loro opportuna pellicola protettiva, detto fondo e detto coperchio dovendo essere tra loro chiusi, ad esempio a pressione o a caldo, preferibilmente previa interposizione o riempimento con un corpo in un adeguato materiale plastico leggero, del tipo poliuretano espanso, detto elemento scatolare presentando, sulla superficie esterna del suo fondo, almeno una staffa ad “U”, avente una spalla che è dotata di un foro filettato passante, nel quale foro si alloggia una vite, il cui gambo è in grado di stringere l’asta di un elemento metallico, di una struttura di ringhiera preesistente, contro l’atra spalla della stessa staffa, per assicurare il fissaggio dell’elemento scatolare alla stessa ringhiera. CLAIMS. 1.- Decorative and protective element for railing and its method of construction, consisting in the formation of protections and decorations in suitable plastic materials, to be applied to metal railings, particularly on terraces and balconies, characterized by the fact that it consists of a cover (10) and a bottom (20), made by shaping or molding of plastic material, as well as joined together and with a preferential intermediate consolidation part (30), being said bottom (20) equipped with at least one bracket (25) for the its fixing to the metal bars (A) of a railing (R); 2.- Decorative and protective element as per claim 1, characterized by the fact that a lid (10) consists of an elongated bottom (11) with an edge (12) that surrounds it, so as to form an internal compartment (13) , said lid (10) being made, for example, by molding or by injection of plastic material of the PVC or ABS type; 3.- Decorative and protective element as per claim 1, characterized by the fact that a bottom (20) consists of a base (21) with an edge (22) that surrounds it, so as to form an internal compartment (23), said bottom (20) being made, for example, by molding or by injection of plastic material of the PVC or ABS type; 4.- Decorative and protective element as per claims 2 and 3, characterized in that the bottom (20) is shaped and sized in such a way that it can be completely and perfectly housed in the compartment (13) of the lid (10), to form a box-like element closed on three sides by the bottom and sides of the lid (10) and on one side by the base of the bottom (20); 5.- Decorative and protective element as per one of the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that an inert body (30) can be applied in the compartment (23) of the bottom (20), to strengthen the protective and decorative element (1); 6.- Decorative and protective element as per claim 3, characterized in that at least one bracket (25 ) for fixing the base itself (20), therefore of the entire element (1), to the bars (A) of the railing (R) that you want to secure and make it more pleasant in appearance; 7.- Decorative and protective element as per claim 6, characterized by the fact that each bracket (25) consists of a "U" -shaped element, with a wall (25 °) which is equipped with a threaded hole in which a screw (26) is screwed in order to close the bar (A) of the railing (R) against the other shoulder of the same bracket (25); 8.- Decorative and protective element, as in any of the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that the external surfaces of the bottom (20) and of the lid (10) are decorated with wood imitation, as well as being adequately protected by paints and treatments protection of the decorative aspect.
