Con riferimento alla citata fig. 1, il fornello è composto di due parti 1 e 2 che sono uguali tra di esse, ma associate ad elementi differenti per acquisire distinte funzioni di appoggio e/o incernieramento. Tali parti sono costituite da una struttura esterna a forma di bacinella rettangolare a spigoli arrotondati realizzata in lamiera ferrosa verniciata. In tale struttura a bacinella 3, su un lato 4A,4B destinato ad operare in prossimità di una zona di incernieramento 5, sono saldate due linguette 6 sagomate per offrire ciascuna un incavo 7 ed un primo ripiano di appoggio 8. Un secondo ripiano di appoggio, in posizione intermedia ai due primi ripiani 8 ma sull'altro lato del perimetro rettangolare della struttura a bacinella, è realizzato in fase di stampaggio mediante creazione e ripiegatura di una linguetta 9. Su detti tre ripiani (due ripiani 8 ed un ripiano 9) viene fatta appoggiare una lamiera ferrosa 10, imbutita e forata secondo geometrie volte al fissaggio di una usuale resistenza corazzata 11, sagomata come indicato dalla fig, 2. Da tale figura .si può notare che una zona 12 non è interessata dal tragitto della resistenza corazzata 11; per evitare che tale zona risulti meno calda, essa è fronteggiata da un tratto 13 della analoga resistenza corazzata presente sull'altra parte 1, essendo in questa parte 1 la lamiera ferrosa di supporto 10 disposta rovesciata di 180°. Da tale fig. 2 si può rilevare dei fori 14,15, attraverso i quali da una zona interna 16, la resistenza corazzata 11 passa ad una zona esterna 17.
