Il presente trovato rientra nel campo dei sampler dimostrativi di profumi e deodoranti, con particolare riferimento a quelli destinati ad essere inseriti all’interno di giornali e riviste, finalizzati a far apprezzare ai potenziali clienti la fragranza in essi contenuta e, conseguentemente, invogliarli all’ acquisto. Dal corrente impiego dei prodotti ottenuti mediante ciascuna delle tecniche sopra descritte sono tuttavia emersi alcuni problemi ed inconvenienti di ordine pratico: ad esempio, qualora si ricorra alla tecnica della micro-incapsulazione, oltre al fatto che per percepire la fragranza si rende necessario grattare la carta stampata, la profumazione si rivela piuttosto leggera e circoscritta nel tempo, oltre a risultare più o meno contaminata dalle interferenze olfattive connesse all’inevitabile odore degli inchiostri di serigrafia e/o di litografia. Per quanto riguarda l’utilizzo di fazzolettini imbevuti di profumo, è evidente l’inconveniente connesso alla loro durata molto esigua posto che, una volta aperto l’involucro protettivo a tenuta stagna, la fragranza è soggetta ad evaporare in poche ore, parallelamente al rapido seccarsi del supporto imbevuto. Il medesimo inconveniente si ripropone del pari allorché si ricorra a cartoncini imbevuti d’essenza, congiuntamente al rischio di danneggiamento dei materiali posti a contatto con il cartoncino stesso ed a possibili irritazioni cutanee collegate allo sfregamento della pelle con il supporto. Infine, anche l’utilizzo del profumo in forma liquida, inserito in apposita fialetta o bustina, non va scevro dal generare problematiche: i suddetti involucri (in modo particolare le fialette in plastica o in vetro), sono infatti soggetti a possibile rottura, con la conseguente dispersione del contenuto su superfici indesiderate. In aggiunta, le fialette in plastica o in vetro rappresentano dei supporti decisamente poco indicati per essere allegati a riviste, posto che il relativo spessore potrebbe generare un effettivo ingombro, oltre a facilitarne la possibile rottura o deformazione, connessa al peso delle riviste fra loro impilate. Trattasi, infine, di una tecnologia piuttosto onerosa. Finally, even the use of perfume in liquid form, inserted in a special vial or sachet, does not go without generating problems: the aforementioned casings (in particular the plastic or glass vials), are in fact subject to possible breakage, with the consequent dispersion of the content on unwanted surfaces. In addition, the plastic or glass vials are very poorly suited supports to be attached to magazines, given that their thickness could generate an effective bulk, as well as facilitate their possible breakage or deformation, connected to the weight of the magazines stacked together. . Il trovato in oggetto realizza gli scopi prefissati ricorrendo ad una tecnologia innovativa che prevede l’impiego di un patch di plastica profumata sottile in etilene vinil acetato, stampato ad iniezione, proponibile nella forma richiesta, avente su un lato una stampa con etichetta IML in quadricromia, meglio descritto in seguito. Il suddetto prodotto si rivela in grado di incorporare i vantaggi significativi già ottenibili mediante il ricorso alle tecnologie precedentemente citate, ovvero: uno spessore molto ridotto, la disponibilità in qualsiasi tipo di grandezza o formato, la perfetta coincidenza della profumazione emanata, così come la qualità e Γ intensità, rispetto alla fragranza originaria, la possibilità di ottenere una stampa in quadricromia, finalizzata al raggiungimento di un impatto estetico d’eccellenza ed infine i costi ragionevolmente contenuti.
