Forma oggetto del presente trovato un paio di scarpe chiodate dotate di chiodi a scomparsa. The present invention relates to a pair of spiked shoes equipped with retractable nails.

Per i noti principi della dinamica, la forza tangenziale scambiata tra un corpo in movimento ed il terreno è proporzionale al peso del corpo stesso ed al coefficiente di attrito esistente tra esso ed il terreno. Quindi, la spinta propulsiva ottenibile sarà tanto maggiore quanto maggiore è la capacità del terreno di reagire a forze tangenziali. Nel caso di terreni a basso coefficiente di attrito o addirittura nullo (per esempio, piste di pattinaggio su ghiaccio) tale capacità si azzera. Detti chiodi, infatti, sono normalmente alloggiati all’interno della suola della scarpa e, quando necessario, fuoriescono da essa rendendo la scarpa idonea all’utilizzo in presenza di terreni con bassissimo coefficiente di attrito, ad esempio, piste ghiacciate. All’interno della suola che dovrà essere di un opportuno spessore, essa è dotata di una slitta 2 alla quale sono vincolati una pluralità di chiodi 3; detta slitta è scorrevole lungo due guide verticali 4 e il suo movimento è comandato da una leva 5. Azionando questa leva in modo semplicemente manuale è possibile passare dalla configurazione in fig. 1, con i chiodi che fuoriescono dalla scarpa e consentono così il miglior contatto con terreni scivolosi o addirittura ghiacciati, a quella di fig. 2 con i chiodi scomparsi allinterno della scarpa, grazie al movimento verticale della slitta 2 lungo le guide 4. Claims

CLAIMS 1) Shoe or shoe in general, characterized by the presence of retractable nails and relative drive mechanism, as said nails are normally housed within the sole of the shoe and have the possibility of coming out, when necessary, from said shoe, making it suitable for use in the presence of soils with very low coefficient of friction, for example, icy slopes.

2) Shoe according to claim 1, characterized by the fact of increasing the tangential force that can be exchanged with the ground and, therefore, of being advantageously usable, for example, in the case of athletics competitions.

3) Shoe according to claims 1 or 2, characterized by the fact that said drive mechanism is located inside the sole and consists of a slide to which a plurality of nails are attached; being said slide sliding along guides and operable by means of a lever.

4) Shoe according to claim 3, characterized by the fact that said slide makes a movement along two vertical guides allowing similar movement to said nails that pass from a position where they come out of the shoe to another where they disappear inside the shoe.

5) Shoe according to claims 3 or 4, characterized by the fact that the movement of said nail holder slide can be vertical, horizontal or a combination of motions of any kind.

6) Shoe according to one of claims 3 to 5, characterized by the fact that the connection between the slide and the nails may be of the "joint" or "hinge" type or of the "trolley with hinge" type.

7) Shoe or footwear in general equipped with retractable nails, according to one of the preceding claims characterized by what is described and illustrated in the attached table, the whole of which and whose components can also be of different shapes and sizes and / or made with any type of material.
