In tale domanda di brevetto è illustrata una suola provvista di un'ampia cavità ubicata nella parte anteriore-mediana superiore, una struttura voluminosa flessibile ad elevata elasticità con ampie cavità, conformata ih modo da riempire almeno detta ampia cavità, nonché una soletta fissata alla suola attraverso cui comprimere durante la deambulazione la struttura voluminosa flessibile ad elevata elasticità per originare un effetto pompa, quindi spingere l'aria attraverso un primo solco inciso sulla suola verso l'esterno attraverso una valvola unidirezionale, quindi, durante i rilassamenti, risucchiare attraverso una seconda valvola un corrispondente flusso d'aria da un secondo solco nella suola comunicante con l'interno della calzatura attraverso adatti fori distribuiti nella soletta che chiude superiormente la suola e quindi detto secondo solco. Affinché detta soluzione realizzativa consenta una efficace circolazione d<’>aria con cui asportarè l'umidità dall'intemo della calzatura prodotta dalla sudorazione del piede e produrre quindi sullo stesso un effetto rinfrescante, sono necessari sia una sensibile variazione di volume dell'ampia cavità alloggiente la struttura voluminosa flessibile destinata ad operare l'effetto pompa, sia un minimo volume dei condotti verso l’esterno e verso l’interno della calzatura per impedire che, a causa della comprimibilità ed espandibilità dell'aria, quella effettivamente circolante con l'esterno non si riduca ad una quantità minima ed insufficiente per produrre un effetto rinfrescante sul piede. Il fatto che detto solco sia superiormente semichiuso impedisce al mastice cosparso sulla suola per l'applicazione della soletta di penetrare in esso ed otturarlo. La superficie superiore sagomata della struttura voluminosa flessibile ed elastica spinge verso l'esterno della suola la parte assottigliata della soletta, facendole assumere a riposo ima conformazione bombata, simile a quella di una volta o arcata plantare. Sostanzialmente l'invenzione riguarda quindi una suola ed i mezzi che cooperano con essa per perfezionarla in modo da provocare, durante la deambulazione, una efficace circolazione d'aria dall'interno della calzatura verso la suola e quindi verso l'esterno. Nella suola alloggiano i mezzi che operano unitamente al piede di chi indossa la calzatura per ottenere l'effetto pompa attraverso cui. l'aria interna alla calzatura viene prima aspirata entro l’ampia cavità nella suola , poi è compressa e quindi espulsa all'esterno, con la conseguente aspirazione di nuova aria entro la calzatura attraverso le aperture in corrispondenza dell'allacciatura e dell'intomo della caviglia. La suola 1 in oggetto è provvista dell'ampia cavità 2 nella sua parte anteriore-mediana superiore e del solco 6 attraverso cui l'ampia cavità 2 comunica con l'esterno attraverso la valvola di scarico 7, posta normalmente in corrispondenza del tacco, alla estremità del solco 6 medesimo.
