DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION

L'invenzione concerne un apparecchio per pazienti di sesso maschile sofferenti di incontinenza urinaria, mediante cui le urine versate sono raccolte in una busta; è adatto per essere indossato dai pazienti anche con continuità o durante periodi della giornata. The invention relates to an apparatus for male patients suffering from urinary incontinence, by means of which the spilled urine is collected in an envelope; it is suitable to be worn by patients even continuously or during periods of the day.

Sono conosciuti apparecchi rivolti a pazienti sofferenti di enuresi, atti ad essere indossati per convogliare le urine versate involontariamente su apposito raccoglitore. Apparatuses aimed at patients suffering from enuresis, suitable for wearing to convey urine spilled involuntarily on a special collector are known.

Uno di tali apparecchi è costituito da un cappuccio in materiale flessibile piuttosto rigido, combinato in entrata con ima sottile membrana con cui è solidale che è atta ad avvolgere la base del pene del paziente. Il cappuccio anteriormente è direttamente collegato con la cintura che si inflette verso l'inguine di chi la indossa, posteriormente reca due lacci flessibili con fori distribuiti che, dopo aver avvolto i glutei di chi lo utilizza, si congiungono alla cintura in corrispondenza dei fianchi ove sono presenti perni a fungo con cui si accoppiano in modo regolabile. Sul primo viene inserita la membrana atta ad avvolgere la base del pene del paziente, sul secondo il sacchetto di contenimento, quindi l'anello scanalato con membrana è accoppiato con la struttura anulare da cui emergono le cinghie ed infine accoppiato a pressione con la ghiera recante il sacchetto. Questo apparecchio è complesso da assemblare ed ancora più difficile da applicare al paziente, specie se non cosciente. Il sacchetto infine grava direttamente sull'attacco. Scopo della presente invenzione è quello di eliminare gli inconvenienti propri degli apparecchi noti e di realizzare un dispositivo che risulti strutturato in modo da risultare facile da indossare, anche quando il paziente è non cosciente, e da non recare fastidi a chi lo indossa. Anche il sacchetto per le urine deve essere tale da non gravare sull'attacco sì da permettere al paziente facilità di movimento, ed infine ridurre al minimo i disturbi al paziente per consentirgli di indossare il trovato anche con continuità durante l'intero arco della giornata. Applicata la cinghia regolabile di supporto alla vita del paziente, applicata la adatta membrana alla base del pene, scelta fra quelle disponibili, quest'ultimo viene introdotto entro il cappuccio fino a che i due ingrossamenti anulari, quello del cappuccio e quello della membrana, interagiscono e vengono accoppiati correttamente, quindi le cinghie del cappuccio sono fissate alla cintura mediante le fibbie posizionate in corrispondenza dei fianchi del paziente. La cannula di estremità del cappuccio è poi collegata con la busta che viene fissata alla gamba del paziente, completando in tal modo l'applicazione. Sostanzialmente l'invenzione comprende quindi un sistema di attacco a cinghia 1 da applicarsi a contatto o non della pelle del paziente all’altezza della sua vita, un cappuccio 4 in materiale flessibile, entro cui viene alloggiato il pene ed una busta 12 di contenimento delle urine versate, collegata al cappuccio 4 tramite il condotto flessibile 10. Nell'ambito di tale struttura il trovato risulta caratterizzato dal fatto che il cappuccio 4 è provvisto di cinghie anteriori 3 e posteriori 2 per il collegamento con la cintura di supporto 1 a partire da sotto l'ingrossamento anulare 5 del cappuccio. Dette cinghie, due anteriori e due posteriori, sono normalmente in lattice e quelle posteriori, destinate ad avvolgere i glutei, sono alloggiate, almeno per un tratto, entro le guaine 15 in cotone o in altro materiale morbido anti-irritazione. 2. Device for male patients suffering from urinary incontinence, as per rev. 1, characterized in that the belts (2) and (3), and in particular the rear ones (2), are housed at least for a portion within sheaths (15) in anti-irritation fabric.

3. Device for male patients suffering from urinary incontinence, as per rev. 1, characterized in that the enlarged ring finger (5) at the top of the cap (4) has an annular coupling groove (6) on the outer edge.
