DESCRIZIONE DI INVENZIONE AVENTE PER TITOLO DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION HAVING BY TITLE

Attualmente per fa formazione del fluff assorbente di cellulosa, avviene posizionando degli stampi (fig.A) solitamente in successione circolare per la distribuzione del prodotto eseguito e sagomato durante la rotazione). Attualmente gli stampi per tali operazioni, presenti sui mercato, hanno l'aspirazione (1) solamente nella parte inferiore dello stesso (fig.B),una rete o un lamierino microforato (fig.D) posizionato tra la parte inferiore (fig.B) e la parte superiore (fig.C). La parte superiore (fig.C) può essere di spessore variabile, da pochi millimetri fino a qualche decina di millimetri.il grosso problema che si crea, in particolare modo quando abbiamo la parte superiore (fig.C) di spessori elevatila si che il prodotto defibrato (2) non riesce a distribuirsi per tutta l'altezza nella parte perimetrica esterna.Questo poiché a mano a mano che lo stampo sp riempie di fi uff, lo stesso crea una diminuzione del potere aspirante.La nostra invenzione è di avere creato una situazione di aspirazione anche lungo il perimetro esterno (fig.G) ed avere così una uniforme distribuzione del prodotto lavorato (3), questo lo abbiamo ottenuto sostituendo lo spessore del materiale (fig.C) con un reticolo autoportant4 ed adeguatamente sagomato (fig.G) (in base ai profili da ottenere), che ci permette così di avere un'aspirazione anche laterale su tutto il perimetri della figura da ottenere (fig.E).La parte superiore (flg-F) è stata da noi sostituita con una lamina di acciaio inox di minimo spessore (1-2 mm), adeguatamente lavorata in base al prodotto da eseguire, che funge e sostituisce la parte superiore (degli attuali stampi) senza creare però spessori che possono inficiare nella buona aspirazione delio stampo stesso. Essendo lo stesso praticamente in aspirazione in tutte te sue parti (4), non si rilevano evidenti perdite di carico in aspirazione, potendo così installare ventilatori con potenze inferiori di circa il 30%. Otteniamo così anche un rilevante risparmio energetico oltre che ad un prodotto di qualità superiore. The upper part (flg-F) has been replaced by us with a sheet of steel or stainless steel of minimum thickness (1-2 mm), suitably processed according to the product to be made, which acts and replaces the upper part (of the current molds) without creating thicknesses that can affect the good suction of the mold itself. As it is practically the same in suction in all its parts (4), there are no evident pressure drops in suction, thus being able to install fans with power lower than about 30%. In this way we also obtain significant energy savings as well as a superior quality product.
