La presente domanda di brevetto per modello di utilità ha per oggetto una vaschetta portaposate universale per cassetti di mobili da cucina. The present utility model patent application relates to a universal cutlery tray for kitchen furniture drawers.

Già da tempo i cassetti dei mobili da cucina sono attrezzati con vaschette portaposate stampate in materiali plastici, all’interno delle quali sono previsti alcuni setti divisori che consentono la formazione di vani separati, ciascimo destinato ad uno specifico tipo di posata. Nella tecnica attuale tali vaschette, dotate di pianta rettangolare o, meno frequentemente, quadrata, recano in corrispondenza dell’imboccatura una flangia perimetrale, in pratica una larga cornice di assetto orizzontale. Nel momento in cui una simile vaschetta venga calata all’ìntemo del cassetto di destinazione, i bordi dell’anzidetta flangia perimetrale debbono disporsi a stretto contatto con la faccia interna delle quattro pareti verticali del cassetto medesimo; si può dire, in questo senso, che una simile vaschetta venga di solito insediata con leggero forzamento tra le quattro pareti del relativo cassetto. A tale riguardo occorre considerare tuttavia che i diversi modelli di mobili da cucina non sempre recano cassetti dotati di dimensioni standard. Peraltro anche nel caso in cui i cassetti debbano essere di dimensioni standard, non è insolito verificare - tra un esemplare e l’altro - differenze dimensionali dovute ad imperfezioni di montaggio o alle diverse qualità e misure del materiale impiegato. In questo senso si comprende come sia assolutamente impossibile realizzare una versione delle tradizionali anzidette vaschette portaposate capace di essere immediatamente ed esattamente installata in tutte le diverse possibili versioni dei cassetti. In pratica detta flangia è usualmente costituita da quattro bordi piatti, ciascuno previsto in corrispondenza di uno dei quattro lati dell’ imboccatura della vaschetta, raccordati opportunamente in corrispondenza degli angoli della vaschetta medesima. La peculiarità del manufatto in parola è rappresentata dal fatto che al di sopra di ciascuno di detti bordi è montato e sostenuto un listello che, grazie ad un opportuno accoppiamento prismatico con il rispettivo bordo portante, è capace di scorrere parallelamente a se stesso sul piano orizzontale. In altre parole si può affermare che i quattro listelli e le quattro squadrette di collegamento danno luogo alla formazione, in corrispondenza dell’ imboccatura della vaschetta secondo il trovato, di una cornice di dimensioni variabili. Claims

CLAIMS 1) Cutlery tray for kitchen furniture drawers, of the type bearing a series of internal dividers and a perimeter flange (2) composed of four flat edges (3) suitably joined at the corners, characterized by the fact that said fixed edges (3) they are prismatically coupled with respective overlying strips (4) so that the latter can slide, parallel to themselves towards the outside; it being provided that each consecutive and orthogonal pair of these sliding strips (4) is connected by means of a bracket (6) intermediate to them, located above one of the edges of the aforementioned fixed flange (2) and also equipped with the to slide outwards; it being also provided that the ends of each consecutive pair of orthogonal strips (4) are prismatically coupled with the two ends of the aforementioned intermediate connecting bracket (6), so that each of said strips (4) can slide with respect to the bracket itself (6) according to a direction parallel to its longitudinal axis.

2) Cutlery tray for kitchen furniture drawers, according to claim 1, characterized in that the means which allow to carry out the prismatic coupling between each fixed edge (3) of the flange (2) and the overlying sliding strip (4 ) are represented by a series of small brackets (5) having an "L" -shaped longitudinal section, each of which is composed of a shorter wing (5a), with vertical trim, with a height greater than the thickness of the aforementioned fixed edges (3) of the flange (2) and a longer wing (5b), of horizontal position, which is turned towards the inside of the tank (1) and inserted exactly, with the possibility of sliding, within a corresponding bridge (3a) made on the lower face of the fixed edge (3); it being also provided that the means which allow to carry out the prismatic coupling between the longitudinal end of each sliding strip (4) and the respective end (6a) of an adjacent square (6) are represented by a series of small brackets (7) having an "L" -shaped longitudinal section, each provided below one of the ends of each square (6) and composed of a shorter wing (7a), of vertical arrangement, with a height greater than the thickness of the fixed edges (3) of the flange (2) and a longer flange (7b), of horizontal position, which is inserted exactly, with the possibility of sliding, within a pair of longitudinal ribs (8) made below the end of each strip (4).

3) Cutlery tray for kitchen furniture drawers, according to the previous claims, characterized by the fact that the horizontal wings (5a) of the aforementioned "L" brackets (5) supplied with each sliding strip (4), as well as the wings horizontal (7b) of the aforementioned brackets (7) supplied to the aforementioned squares (6) show an ascending trend.

4) Cutlery tray for kitchen furniture drawers, according to the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that each of the aforementioned brackets (6) has, in correspondence with its lower face, a rib (6b) oriented at 45 ° and having an increasing height from the interior to the outside.
