DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION
L'oggetto del brevetto riguarda un tassello per cartongesso per il fissaggio di carichi elevati. The object of the patent concerns a plasterboard dowel for fixing high loads.
I tasselli attuali per il cartongesso hanno una forma pressoché cilindrica. Il tassello (1), una cui versione può essere rappresentata dalla figura 1, ha un foro filettato, un inserto filettato, o un componente come un dado o una piattina (3) del tipo rappresentato in figura 1, che permette l'avvitamento della vite (2). Il particolare può essere preferibilmente costituito da materiale plastico ad alte prestazioni e prodotto mediante stampaggio ad iniezione. Il tassello può essere, per economizzare i costi, realizzato con uno sviluppo lineare (vedi figura 3) ed essere assemblato prima della messa in opera, semplicemente facendo combaciare le due semibasi. Successivamente si inserisce la vite (2) nel foro centrale del tassello (1) fino ad iniziare l'avvitamento con l'inserto filettato (3) ottenendo l'assieme di figura 1. Si inserisce poi l'assieme così ottenuto all'interno della parete attraverso l'asola, sin quando il tassello trova il giusto alloggiamento (figura 2) e fa battuta sulla superficie esterna del cartongesso (4). Infine si avvita la vite (2) provocando l'espansione del tassello (1) (figura 4).
