L’invenzione consiste in una miscela di sostanze per il dosaggio del calcio libero nel siero di sangue. II reattivo si compone di tampone TRIS(idrossimetilaminometano) e croniogeno o-Cresolftaleina complessone. con l’aggiunta di 8-idrossichinolina per ' eliminare l’interferenza da magnesio. Applicabile ad ogni spettrofotometro e’ quindi alla portata dei piccoli laboratori ma e’ anche facilmente utilizzabile sugli strumenti automatici piu’ diffusi nei medio-grandi laboratori di analisi cliniche. FORMULAZIONE TAMPONE: TRIS (idrossimetilaminometano) 1,856 moli/L BUFFER FORMULATION: TRIS (hydroxymethylaminomethane) 1.856 moles / L
CROMOGENO: porre in provetta, nell’ordine seguente CHROMOGEN: place in test tube, in the following order
1) o- Cresolftaleina complessone 38,4 mg 1) o- Cresolphthalein complexone 38.4 mg
2) HC1 al 25 % 0,15 mi agitare fino a soluzione dell’oCc. 3) Aggiungere 15 mi di acido acetico glaciale e agitare fino a soluzione completa. 4) Aggiungere 1,45 gr di 8-idrossichinolina e dopo aver solubilizzato portare al volume di 1 litro. 2) HCl at 25% 0.15 ml stir until the oCc solution. 3) Add 15 ml of glacial acetic acid and shake until complete solution. 4) Add 1.45 g of 8-hydroxyquinoline and after having solubilized make up to a volume of 1 liter.
