Il ritrovato in oggetto è un contenitore a vaschetta in cartone impermeabilizzato su una faccia per contenere gelato sfuso in confezioni per famiglia, in varie capacità. 2 Container according to claim 1, constituted in a single piece, with the lid hinged directly on the tray: the flaps of the lid, glued to the outer walls of the tray, guarantee safety sealing.

3. Tray as in claim 2 consisting of a single piece suitably shaped (fig.A) and folded (fig.B), so as to offer the impermeable surface in contact with the product and not offer the cutting surfaces at the same contact cardboard, which could be polluting for the product.

4. Lid according to claim 2, consisting of a single piece of cardboard hinged to the tray, equipped with side flaps ("8" and "9" in fig. A and C) intended to be glued on the walls of the tray (fig. D) and which constitute a security seal against tampering.

5. Lid according to claim 4., the three side flaps intended to be glued to the bottom have, on three sides, a system of easy tear-off opening ("11" in figs. A, C and D) obtained by means of two pairs of "half cuts", made on the two sides of the cardboard and offset from each other.

6. Lid according to claims 2, A and 5 joined to the tray by means of a deep creasing ("b" in figs. A and B), which constitutes a hinge. In this way the lid, free on three sides after opening the tear of three flaps, remains hinged to the tray for the fourth flap.

7. Lid according to claims 2., A., 5. and 6. bearing on the front side (opposite to that of the hinge) a tab ("12" in figs. A, C and D) which fits into a slot ("7" in figs. A, B, C and D) obtained on the front side of the tray (also opposite to that of the hinge)

8. Lid according to claims 2, A, 5, 6 and 7, the flaps of which carrying the tear-open opening, after the opening itself, leave their extreme parts glued to the tray ("15" in fig.
