Claims

1. 34.B/82 CLAIM 1) A cam cleat device characterised by the fact that it comprises an operating lever forming a cam in correspondence with a relative fulcrum and rotatable around a horizontal axis of said fulcrum between a horizontal opening position and a positive one, a sort of crank fulcrum on an axis parallel to that of said lever and rotatable angularly upon actuation of said cam between a raised position and a lowered position corresponding respectively to said opening position and to said closing position of the lever itself, an eccentrically articulated toothed sector on said crank and suitable for defining with respect to a bottom a seat for the passage and tightening of a sheet.

2) Device according to claim 1, characterised in that said cam consists of a cylindrical body which acts as a lever.

3) Device according to claims 1 and 2, characterised in that said cylindrical body of the cam extends axially in a pair of hubs on which respective connecting rods are articulated which rotate at the other end on an articulation pin of said toothed sector to said crank.
