Viene previsto un apparecchio polifunzionale di drenaggio e reinfusione per applicazioni medico-chirurgiche comprendente un contenitore rigido, mezzi di prelievo impegnabili al contenitore rigido, un elemento di filtrazione disposto in corrispondenza dei mezzi di prelievo ed un dispositivo dotato di attacco a membrana perforabile di erogazione applicato al contenitore rigido ed atto a porre a disposizione per la reinfusione il sangue raccolto nel contenitore rigido.
