L'attrezzo comprende: una fascia 1 atta ad essere chiusa anularmente in modo regolabile e facilmente svincolabile attorno al corpo del degente; ed almeno un laccio a striscia 5 nascente da un lato della fascia applicata ed atto a circondare la spalliera della sedia od altro e ad essere impegnato con fibbia 7, 7A ad impegno e svincolo rapidi sull'altro lato della fascia applicata; detta fibbia è raggiungibile anche dal degente stesso, che se la trova sul fianco. (Fig. 2)
