Abstract
Un dispositivo per la parzializzazione di un condotto soffiante per impianti di soffiaggio ed aspirazione semoventi, in particolare per l'industria tessile, comprendenti una struttura mobile (2) scorrevole lungo vie di corsa (3) e portante condotti soffianti (4) di cui almeno uno (4a) da parzializzare durante il passaggio della struttura (2) in corrispondenza di macchine eseguenti particolari lavorazioni. All'altezza di tali macchine vengono piazzate staffe (13a e 13b) che impegnano al passaggio della struttura (2) un sensore di prossimità (12) che aziona l'intervento di un attuatore (11). Quest'ultimo aziona una valvola (10) che intercetta parzialmente o totalmente il condotto (4a). Il dispositivo consente a tutti gli altri condotti soffianti (4) della macchina di continuare ad operare mentre almeno uno di essi è parzializzato per evitare di danneggiare filati delicati lavorati su tali macchine.(Fig. 2).A device for partialising a blowing duct for self-propelled blowing and suction systems, in particular for the textile industry, comprising a mobile structure (2) sliding along runways (3) and carrying blower ducts (4) of which at least one (4a) to be partialized during the passage of the structure (2) in correspondence with machines performing particular processes. Brackets (13a and 13b) are placed at the height of these machines, which engage a proximity sensor (12) when the structure passes (2), which activates the intervention of an actuator (11). The latter operates a valve (10) which intercepts the conduit (4a) partially or totally. The device allows all the other blowing ducts (4) of the machine to continue operating while at least one of them is partialized to avoid damaging delicate yarns worked on these machines (Fig. 2).
