L'innovazione riguarda un dispositivo di chiusura di sicurezza per aperture a battente, in particolare per sportelli di autoveicoli comprendente un corpo (2), accoppiabile ad un battente di detta apertura, un elemento a perno (5), mobile rettilineamente in modo da poter sporgere da detto corpo (2) e da fuoriuscire attraverso detto battente, mezzi per far avanzare rettilineamente, nelle due direzioni, detto elemento a perno (5), e un motore elettrico (9) che comanda detti mezzi (6, 8); su detto battente essendo previsto un foro che permette il passaggio di detto elemento a perno (5), e un foro o sede corrispondente essendo previsto sull'altro battente dell'apertura su cui è disposto il dispositivo.
