wherein said predetermined maximum force has a value greater than the force necessary to move said locking element (12) from said retracted position to said advanced position, and vice versa

5. Hanging support device (1) in accordance with claim 4, wherein said operating stem (16) of said pusher (14) engages said body (12b) of said locking element (12) by means of a coupling: - between parts complementary ones made with friction material;

- between complementary parts made of high friction material and/or

- between parts with complementary knurled contact profiles, equipped with at least one tooth, teeth and/or equipped with teeth and cavities.

6. Hanging support device (1) in accordance with claim 4 or 5, comprising releasable stop means (19) to limit the maximum sliding away of said pusher (14) from said end? front (12a) of said locking element (12), preferably such releasable stopping means (19) comprise:

- opposing dentils (19a) projecting outwards from an end portion? free (16a) of the stem (16) e

- corresponding abutment walls (19b) carried by said body (12b) against which said opposing teeth (19) abut.

7. Hanging support device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said operating rod (16) of said pusher is? a flexible element, preferably identifies a flexible band, to allow adaptation to the position assumed by said coupling means (7) and by said locking element (12) inside said structure (4).

8. Hanging support device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein:

- said locking element (12) projects with said end? front (12a) from said first side (10) of said support structure (4) parallel to said coupling means (7);

- said hanging support device (1) includes stopping means to limit the maximum advanced end position that can be reached by said blocking element (12) when moving away from said first side (10) of said support structure (4) and

- said lower opening of the internal seat (11) of said coupling means (7) is not ? obstructed by said blocking element (12) positioned in said retracted end position.

9. Hanging support device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein:

- said adjustment means for adjusting the distance of said extremity when approaching and moving away? free coupling (7a) of said coupling means (7) with respect to said first side (10) of said support structure (4) comprise a longitudinal adjustment screw (5) extended longitudinally in said support structure (4), said longitudinal adjustment screw (5) acting between said support structure (4) and said hooking means (7) to determine a relative movement towards or away from the extremity? free (7a) of said hooking means (7) from the first side (10) of the support structure (4) and - said hanging support device (1) includes a vertical adjustment screw (6) extended vertically in said support structure ( 4), said vertical adjustment screw acting between said support structure (4) and said hooking means (7) to vertically adjust in height the relative position of said hooking means (7) with respect to said support structure (4) .

Hanging support device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein said pusher operating rod (16) comprises an end portion? free (16a) made in such a way as to present an elastically deformable structure, so? to allow complete extraction of the pusher when acting with an adequate extraction force, preferably called extremity? free (16a) ? shaped like an open fork with an opening facing away from the head (15) of the pusher (14).

11. KIT for fixing a piece of furniture (2) to a wall, including:

- a hanging device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 9 e

- a support rail (3) comprising a fixing portion (3a) for fixing to the wall and a hooking portion (3b) projecting from said fixing portion (3a),

wherein said coupling portion (3b) of said support rail (3), preferably an end portion? hooked or folded away from said fixing portion (3a), ? in reversible commitment in said detention location identified in said extremity? free (7a) of said hooking means (7) of said hanging device (1) to support said hanging device (1) on the wall.
