PACKAGE FOR ELECTRICAL MODULES

DESCRIPTION

The present invention relates to a package, in particular for electric modules. During the installation of electrical systems, wall boxes are initially mounted to receive said electrical modules. An installer must therefore move between the wall boxes and for each box he must install one or more electrical modules, carrying out the relative wiring. Can this installation be done? often carried out in a simple way, for example with the use of a screwdriver.

The packages containing these modules are often not open easily and therefore the installer can? waste time during the installation of these modules why? can? have difficulties? to remove the modules from the packaging.

Another problem of the packs for electric modules of the known art? linked to the fact that the packages are often indivisible, therefore the installer must bring with him a plurality? of modules even when not ? necessary.

A purpose of the invention? to provide a package for electric modules which overcomes the problems complained of with reference to the prior art cited.

A purpose of the invention? providing a package for electric modules comprising box-shaped containers able to contain respective electric modules and which allows said box-shaped containers to be opened simultaneously or said box-shaped containers to be opened individually, according to the need.

Another purpose of the invention ? provide a package for electrical modules that allows you to hold together a plurality? of said box containers and, if necessary, separate one or more? of said box containers from the other box containers.

These and other purposes are achieved by a package for electric modules having the characteristics of the appended claims.

According to one aspect of the invention, a package is provided, in particular for electrical modules, comprising at least two box-like containers and a junction device. Preferably, each box-like container ? designed to receive a respective electrical module. Advantageously, each box-like container comprises a first lid positioned at a first opening and a second lid positioned at a second opening, said second opening being opposite to said first opening. Preferably, the joining device comprises a first flap, a second flap and a removable element interposed between said flaps. Advantageously, the joining device extends between respective opposite sides of each of said box-like containers in such a way as to surround said second lid and prevent it from being opened. Preferably, said first flap ? further fixed to the respective second lid of each of said box-like containers. Advantageously, the removable element ? adapted to allow, once removed, the separation of said first and second flaps and to allow the opening of the second lid of each box-shaped container by opening the second opening of each box-shaped container in a substantially simultaneous manner. Preferably, the joining device further comprises a first pre-cutting line located in correspondence with a separation area between the box-like containers and configured in such a way that following the breaking of said pre-cutting line a respective box-like container is individually separable from the other box container.

Through the packaging for electric modules object of the invention ? therefore it is possible to allow a user to be able to choose whether to open the first openings individually by acting on the respective first lids of each box-like container or to open all the second openings simultaneously via the junction device to switch the second lids from the closed to the open position essentially contemporary.

Furthermore, said package for electrical modules advantageously allows to hold together a plurality of of box containers and if necessary separate one or more? of said box containers from the other box containers.

The characteristics and advantages of the invention will better emerge from the detailed description of a preferred embodiment thereof, illustrated by way of example and not in limitation with reference to the attached drawings in which:

With reference to the figures, a package, in particular for electric modules, ? indicated as a whole with the reference number 100.

Within the scope of the present invention, with the expression ?electric module? can you? identify an electrical device such as, for example, a button, a switch, a button, a commutator, a diverter, a surge protector, a light source, a voltage regulator, a timer, an actuator, an electrical outlet, a socket telephone and/or data transmission, or a coaxial socket, equipped or without wireless technology, or by a so-called blank. These electrical modules are also generally referred to as ?fruits? in the reference sector.

In a Cartesian reference system associated with the package 100 ? It is possible to identify a longitudinal X direction, a transversal Y direction and a Z height direction.

The package 100 comprises at least two box-shaped containers 1 and a junction device 2.

Preferably, each box-like container 1? designed to receive a respective electrical module. Advantageously, each box-shaped container 1 comprises a first lid 15 positioned at a first opening and a second lid 16 positioned at a second opening, said second opening being opposite to said first opening.

Preferably, the joining device 2 comprises a first flap 30, a second flap 40 and a removable element 50 interposed between said flaps 30, 40. Advantageously, the joining device 2 extends between respective opposite sides 81, 82 of each of said box-like containers 1 in such a way as to surround said second lid 16 and prevent it from being opened. Preferably, said first flap 30 ? further fixed to the respective second lid 16 of each of said box-like containers 1.

Advantageously, the removable element 50 is adapted to allow, once removed, the separation of said first 30 and second flap 40 and to allow the opening of the second lid 16 of each box-shaped container 1 by opening the second opening 16 of each box-shaped container 1 in a substantially simultaneous manner.

In some embodiments, the joining device 2 further comprises a first pre-cutting line 61 located in correspondence with a separation zone 70 between the box-like containers 1. Advantageously, said first pre-cutting line 61? configured in such a way that following the breakage of said pre-cut line 61, a respective box-shaped container 1 can be individually separated from the other box-shaped container 1.

The package 100 allows the user to choose whether to open the first openings individually by acting on the respective first lids 15 of each box-like container 1 or to open all the second openings simultaneously via the junction device 2 to pass the second lids 16 from the position of closing to that of opening in a substantially simultaneous manner. The package 100 also allows to keep together a plurality of of box containers 1 and if necessary separate one or more? of said box containers 1 from the other box containers 1.

Preferably, the first and second openings and the first 15 and second 16 lids have a substantially square shape.

Advantageously, each lid 15, 16? rotatable on a respective first line of intended folding I between a closed and an open position. In some embodiments, it can there should be a fifth pre-cut line 65 in correspondence with the first intended folding line I. Said fifth pre-cut line 65 advantageously allows the lid 15, 16 to be separated from the respective box-shaped container 1. Given that the first flap 30? fixed to the second lid 16 of each of said box-like containers 1, when said first flap 30 is removed from the package 100 the second lids 16 are also removed together with it, so as to pass from the closed to the open position in a substantially simultaneous manner .

Preferably, the first flap 30 ? fixed to the respective second lid 16 of each of said box-like containers 1 by means of an adhesive or glue.

Advantageously, the first pre-cut lines 61 extend along the transverse direction Y and along the height direction Z.

Preferably, the separation zone 70 extends in a plane substantially parallel to that identified by the transversal direction and the height direction Z.

Preferably, the opposite sides 81, 82 comprise a first 81 and a second side 82. Advantageously, the first flap 30 comprises first portions 31 and second portions 32. Preferably, each first portion 31? connected to a respective first side 81. Advantageously, each second portion 32 is connected to a respective second cover 16.

Preferably, the first and second sides 81, 82 lie in respective planes parallel to a plane defined by the longitudinal direction X and by the height direction Z.

Advantageously, the first edge 30 comprises a third portion 33 which extends at the second side 82. Preferably, said third portion 33 is not? fixed to the second side 82.

When the removable element 50 is removed, ? it is advantageously possible to move the second 32 and the third portion 33 since the latter is not? fixed to the second side 82. By moving the second portion 32, connected to the second lid 16, ? it is advantageously possible to rotate the second lid 16 on the respective first intended folding line I, from the closed position to the open one. The first portion 31 preferably remains connected to the first side 81.

Preferably, the first pre-cut lines 61 are arranged so as to separate the first portions 31 from each other and to separate the second portions 32 from each other. Advantageously, the first pre-cut lines 61 continue in the removable element 50 and in the second flap 40 following the same orientation they had in the first flap 30. Preferably, said first pre-cut lines 61 identify portions 52 of the removable element 50 separable when a box container 1 ? separated from another box-shaped container 1. Advantageously, said first pre-cut lines 61 identify portions 41 of the second flap 40 which can be separated when a box-shaped container 1 is separated. separated from another box container 1.

Preferably, between the first portion 31 and the second portion 32 ? is there a fifth line of V folding agreement. Advantageously, the first 31, the second 32 and the third portion 33 have an extension along the longitudinal direction X of between about 2 and 3 cm. Preferably, said extension ? substantially equal to the extension along the longitudinal direction X of the first side 81 or of the second side 82.

Advantageously, the first portion 31 has an extension along the height direction Z of between about 3 and 4 cm. Preferably, the extension along the height direction Z of the first flank 81 or of the second flank 82 is? between about 5 and 6 cm.

Advantageously, the second portion 32 has substantially the same shape and size as the second lid 16, ie an extension along the transversal direction Y comprised between approximately 3 and 4cm and an extension along the longitudinal direction X comprised between 2 and 3 cm.

Preferably, the extension along the height direction Z of the third portion 33 is between about 1 and 1.5 cm. Advantageously, the extension along the height direction Z of the removable element 50 is between about 0.5 and 1 cm. Preferably, the extension along the height direction Z of the second flap 40 is between about 1 and 1.5 cm.

Advantageously, at a free edge 71 of the first 15 and/or of the second lid 16 ? there is a folding flap 94.

Preferably, said free edge 71 extends along the transversal direction Y. Advantageously, the folding flap 94 has a curvilinear shape.

Preferably, at the free edges 72 of the sides 81, 82 there are appendages 95 protruding from said free edges 72 and capable of retaining the folding flap 94 so as to keep the first 15 and/or the second lid 16 in the closed position .

In this way ? is it possible to obtain a closure more? stable, in particular for the first cover 15 which ? the one not surrounded by the joining device 2. Advantageously, said free edges 72 extend along the longitudinal direction X.

Preferably, the box-like container 1 has a third side 83. Advantageously, said third side 83 ? lying in a plane parallel to that identified by the transversal direction X and the height direction Z. Advantageously, in correspondence with at least one of the free edges 73 of said third side 83 of the box-like container 1? there is a recess 91 suitable for facilitating the opening and/or closing of the lid 15, 16 of the box-like container 1. The recess 91 makes it possible to facilitate the insertion of a user's fingers between the folding flap 94 and the recess 91.

Said free edges 73 preferably extend along the transversal direction Y. Advantageously, the recess 91 extends in a plane parallel to that identified by the transversal direction Y and by the height direction Z. The shape of the recess 91 is? preferably curvilinear.

Preferably, the box-like container 1 has a fourth side 84. Advantageously, said fourth side 84? lying in a plane parallel to that identified by the transversal direction Y and the height direction Z. Preferably, in correspondence with a further free edge 74 of one of the sides 81, 82? there is a stop element 92. Preferably, said further free edge 74? in the first 81 or in the second side 82. Advantageously, said stop element 92 ? intended to connect to an internal portion 96 of the fourth side 84 of the box-shaped container 1, so as to keep the sides of the box-shaped container 1 in position.

The stop element 92 ? preferably connected to the side 81, 82 via a third intended folding line III. Advantageously, the stop element 92 is intended to be folded on the third line of understanding folding III to be positioned almost? perpendicularly with respect to the side 81, 82. The stop element 92 ? preferably configured as a side flap. Advantageously, the side flap extends for the entire extension of the further free edge 74. Preferably, the internal portion 96 extends close to the other free edge 74. of a free edge 75 of the fourth side 84. Said free edge 75 advantageously extends along the height direction Z. Advantageously, the connection between the stop element 92 and the internal portion 96 takes place through the use of a glue point. Said glue point preferably extends along the retainer 92 in the Z height direction.

Advantageously, the third flank 83, on which it is obtained the recess 91, ? opposed to the fourth flank 84.

Preferably, the fourth side 84 comprises edges 76 on which respective first intended folding lines I are formed. In some embodiments, fifth pre-cutting lines 65 can advantageously be present in correspondence with said edges 76. Preferably, said edges 76 are extend along the transverse Y direction.

Advantageously, on the junction device 2 ? there is a second pre-cut line 62 interposed between the first flap 30 and the removable element 50 and between the second flap 40 and the removable element 50.

Said second pre-cut lines 62 have the function of facilitating the removal of the removable element 50 from the joining device 2. Preferably, the second pre-cut lines 62 extend along the longitudinal direction X. Advantageously, on the removable element 50 ? there is a third pre-cut line 63 having an end 93 in common with the second pre-cut line 62. Preferably, said third pre-cut line 63 forms a first angle ? about 135? with respect to said second pre-cut line 62.

This further facilitates the removal of the removable element 50 from the junction device 2.

Advantageously, the removable element 50 comprises a graspable portion 51, able to facilitate the grip of said removable element 50.

Advantageously, the graspable portion 51 is initially located in a plane parallel to that identified by the longitudinal direction X and by the height direction Z, and ? it is possible to grip it by rotating it towards the transverse direction Y. Preferably, the grippable portion 51 has a tab shape.

Preferably, the package 100 comprises five box-like containers 1 or multiples of five.

Advantageously, the bulk of the package 100 which comprises five box-like containers is similar to that of wall boxes designed to receive electrical modules. This makes it possible to facilitate the transport of said boxes and of said package 100 since they have essentially the same footprint.

In preferred embodiments, said box-like container 1 and/or said junction device 2 is/are obtained starting from a respective blank 101, 102. Preferably, the blank ? made of cardboard.

Advantageously, the blank 101, 102 comprises agreed folding lines.

In figure 3 ? visible a first blank 101 from which ? It is possible to obtain the box-like container 1. Preferably, said first blank 101 comprises a first 11, a second 12, a third 13 and a fourth side panel 14. Preferably, the side panels 11-14 have a right quadrilateral shape. Advantageously, by folding said side panels 11-14 on respective fourth folding lines IV, so that an angle of approximately 90?, ? possible to get the sides of the 81-84 box container 1.

Preferably, the first blank 101 comprises the lids 15, 16 of the box-like container 1, which can be rotated with respect to one of the side panels 11-14 via respective first folding lines I. Advantageously, the first blank 101 also comprises the recess 91, l? stop element 92, the folding flap 94 and the appendix 95.

In some embodiments, fourth pre-cut lines 64 may be present in correspondence with the fifth intended folding line V. Preferably, between the second portions 32 and the third portions 33? present a second folding line II. Advantageously, the blank 102 also comprises the first 61, the second 62 and the third pre-cutting lines 63. Advantageously, by folding the first portions 31 on the fifth folding line V, so that between the first portions 31 and the second portions 32 form an angle of approximately 90?, and by bending the second portions 32 on the second intended folding line II, so that an angle of approximately 90?, ? is formed between the second portions 32 and the third portions 33. It is possible to obtain the junction device 2 as visible in figure 6. Said junction device 2 can then be applied to a plurality? of box-like containers 1, such as those visible in figure 4.

The invention solves so? the proposed problem, achieving at the same time a plurality? of benefits. In particular, the package 100 allows the user to choose whether to open the first openings individually by acting on the respective first lids 15 of each box-like container 1 or to open all the second openings simultaneously through the junction device 2 to let the second lids 16 pass through from the closed position to the open position in a substantially simultaneous manner. The package 100 also allows to keep together a plurality of of box containers 1 and if necessary separate one or more? of said box containers 1 from the other box containers 1.

Claims (11)

1. Pack (100), especially for electrical modules, comprising: at least two box-shaped containers (1), each box-shaped container (1) being able to receive a respective electric module and comprising a first lid (15) placed in correspondence with a first opening and a second lid (16) placed in correspondence with a second opening, said second opening being opposite to said first opening; a joining device (2) comprising a first flap (30), a second flap (40) and a removable element (50) interposed between said flaps (30, 40), said junction device (2) extending between respective opposite sides (81, 82) of each of said box-shaped containers (1) in such a way as to surround said second lid (16) and prevent it from opening, said first flap (30) being further fixed to the respective second lid (16) of each of said box containers (1), said removable element (50) being adapted to allow, once removed, the separation of said first and second flaps (30, 40) and to allow the opening of the second lid (16) of each box-shaped container (1) by opening the second opening (16) of each box-shaped container (1) substantially simultaneously, the junction device (2) further comprising a first pre-cut line (61) located in correspondence with a separation zone (70) between the box-like containers (1) and configured in such a way that following the breakage of said pre-cut line - cutting (61) a respective box-shaped container (1) to be individually separable from the other box-shaped container (1). 2. Package (100) according to the preceding claim, wherein said opposite sides (81, 82) comprise a first (81) and a second side (82), and wherein the first flap (30) comprises first portions (31) , Each of which ? connected to a respective first side (81), and second portions (32), each of which being connected to a respective second lid (16). 3. Package (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, at a free edge (71) of the first (15) and/or second lid (16)? there is a folding flap (94). 4. Package (100) according to the preceding claim, wherein at the free edges (72) of the sides (81, 82) there are appendices (95) protruding from said free edges (72) and suitable for retaining the folding flap (94) in order to keep the first (15) and/or the second lid (16) in the closed position. 5. Package (100) according to claim 3 or 4, wherein at free edges (73) of a third side (83) of the box-like container (1) ? there is a recess (91) suitable for facilitating the opening and/or closing of the lid (15, 16) of the box-shaped container (1). 6. Package (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein at a further free edge (74) of one of the sides (81, 82) ? there is a stop element (92), said stop element (92) being intended to connect to an internal portion (96) of a fourth side (84) of the box-like container (1), so as to keep the sides of the container in position box container (1). 7. Package (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein on the joining device (2) ? there is a second pre-cut line (62) interposed between the first flap (30) and the removable element (50) and between the second flap (40) and the removable element (50). 8. Package (100) according to the preceding claim, wherein on the removable element (50) ? there is a third pre-cut line (63) having an end (93) in common with the second pre-cut line (62), said third pre-cut line (63) forming a first angle (?) of approximately 135? with respect to said second pre-cut line (62). 9. Package (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the removable element (50) comprises a graspable portion (51), able to facilitate gripping of said removable element (50). 10. Package (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said box-like container (1) and/or said junction device (2) is/are obtained starting from a respective blank (101, 102). The package (100) according to the preceding claim, wherein the blank (101, 102) comprises lines of intended folding.
