- at least one lower panel (12), engaged in the lower part of said frame (10) able to conceal the lower part of said refrigerated cabinet (200), concealing any imperfections and/or damages due to wear;

- at least one protective glass panel (14), engaged above said lower panel (12) by means of a metal hooking system (13), able to protect and modernize the protective glass of said refrigerated counter (200);

- at least one said coupling system (13) adapted to keep said lower panel (13) and said protective glass panel (14) firmly on said frame (10);

- at least one support surface (16), orthogonally engaged in the upper part of said protective glass panel (14) by means of safety dowels (15), able to allow at least one operator on site at said refrigerated counter (200) to place the goods requested by the customer of the premises;

- at least two of said safety dowels (15), installed directly on the surface of said protective glass panel (14) and on the surface of said support surface (16), able to allow the lifting and/or removal of said surface support (16);

- at least one energy-saving LED strip (17), engaged in the lower part of said support surface (16), suitable for illuminating the goods contained in said refrigerated counter (200), so as to replace the light, usually of neon type, commonly integrated in said existing refrigerated counter (200); said LED strip (17) being powered by the already electrical system? of said refrigerated counter (200); And

by the fact that it can be combined to create a composite structure of more? additional protections (100), which can be assembled together through said safety dowels (15), in such a way as to protect and renew the aesthetics of more? said refrigerated counters (200) placed side by side and/or said refrigerated counter (200) of dimensions exceeding market standards.

2. Substitutive protection for the presentation of goods (100), according to the preceding claim 1, characterized in that it can be engaged at the external surface of said refrigerated counter (200), postponing or avoiding its replacement.

Substitutive protection for the presentation of the goods (100), according to the preceding claims 1 and 2, characterized in that said lower panel (12) is feasible in plastic, metal and/or wood material, ? customizable with prints, billboards, such as offers proposed by the venue, and/or with LCD screens.

Substitute protection for the presentation of goods (100), according to the preceding claim 3, characterized in that said LCD schemes are powered through the electrical system of said refrigerated counter (200) and are equipped with an internal memory, suitable for illustrate preset images and/or any multimedia elements, such as images and videos, which can be updated and selected by the local administration.

Substitutive protection for the presentation of the goods (100), according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said protective glass panel (14) is shaped in such a way that it is aligned with said frame (10), and therefore completely detached from said refrigerated cabinet (200).

6. Substitutive protection for the presentation of the goods (100), according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said protective glass panel (14) is shaped with a curvilinear pattern resembling the pattern of said protective glass of said refrigerated counter (200).

7. Substitutive protection for the presentation of the goods (100), according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said support surface (16) ? made of transparent glass, plastic, metal and/or wood.

8. Substitute protection for the presentation of goods (100), according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said LED strip (17) ? of the smart type since it can be connected to the Wi-Fi of the room in which said refrigerated counter (200) is located.

9. Substitutive protection for the presentation of the goods (100), according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said frame (10) ? made of strong and durable metal material.

Method of mounting a replacement protection for the presentation of goods (100) on an existing and functioning refrigerated counter (200), said method being able to reduce the danger of gas leakage since the existing refrigeration system? free from any contact during the assembly phase; said assembly method being carried out at night and on site in the customer's room where said refrigerated cabinet (200) is located, operating directly in the immediate vicinity of said existing structure, avoiding moving the cabinets to remote laboratories and ensuring continuity? of? activity? customer work; said assembly method being characterized in that it comprises the following steps:

- preparation and sanitation of the assembly area at said refrigerated counter (200);

- installation of a Wi-Fi camera system at said assembly area, capable of resuming the continuation of the works and transmitting it remotely and in real time, on a mobile support and/or PLC, to the customer; - assembling the components of said substitutive protection for the presentation of the goods (100) outside said refrigerated counter (200), in the part facing the public of the venue;

- installation of electrical components, such as LED strips (17) and/or any LCD screens, and connection to the electrical system of said refrigerated cabinet (200).

11. Assembly method, according to the preceding claim 10, characterized in that it comprises a notification system which warns the customer from the beginning of the assembly, to the progress of the assembly steps, up to the completion of the requested structure.

12. Assembly method according to the preceding claim 10 or 11, characterized in that it comprises an assembly step through the approach and installation of one or more? additional protections for the presentation of goods (100).

13. Mounting method according to any one of the preceding claims from 10 onwards, characterized in that it comprises a reinforcement step by drilling said support pins (11) and adding a support, such as a dowel, into the hole obtained.
