Claims

1. Cosmetic product (1) comprising:

- a cosmetic (2) in creamy or solid or semi-solid form,

- a support (3) configured to support said cosmetic (2),

and characterized by the fact that

- said support (3) comprises at least one perforated frame (30) embedded in said cosmetic (2) and defining a shape (3a), and

- said cosmetic (2) defines a shape at least partially identical to said shape (3a).

2. Product (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said shape (3a) defines a total volume and said frame (30) occupies a maximum volume equal to 30% of said total volume.

3. Product (1) according to claim 1, wherein said frame (30) has a tubular shape and defines a lateral surface (30a) including a plurality of of buttonholes (30b).

4. Product (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said support (3) defines a main axis (1a) and said frame (30) ? consisting of a cylindrical or truncated-cylindrical skeleton including at least one annular element (300) defining a transversal plane with respect to said main axis (1a) and a plurality of arms (301) extending mainly parallel to said main axis (1a) starting from said annular element (300).

5. Product (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said support (3) comprises a handle (31) defining a first end? (31a) and a second extremity? (31b) opposite to said first extremity? (31a) and said frame (30) constrained at one of said ends? (31a, 31b).

6. Product (1) according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein said support (3) comprises a handle (31) defining a first end? (31a) and a second extremity? (31b) opposite to said first extremity? (31a), said frame (30) ? loosely constrained to said support (3) in such a way as to be movable along at least one predetermined direction between said ends? (31a, 31b) and movement means housed within said handle (31) and configured to move said frame (30) with respect to said handle (31) along said predetermined direction.

7. Product (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said cosmetic (2) is lipstick.

8. Process for making a cosmetic product (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising:

- obtain said cosmetic (2) in the liquid state, said support (3) and a printing cap (4) at least partially counter-shaped to said shape (3b),

- capping said frame (30) with said printing cap (4),

and characterized by understanding

- embedding said frame (30) in said cosmetic (2) in the liquid state inside said printing cap (4),

- wait for said cosmetic (2) to take on a creamy or solid or semi-solid form, e

- remove said printing cap (4).

9. Process according to claim 8, comprising pouring said cosmetic (2) in the liquid state into said printing cap (4) before capping said frame (30) with said printing cap (4) and wherein said embedding step coincides with said capping step.

10. Process according to claim 8, comprising pouring said cosmetic (2) in the liquid state into said printing cap (4) through the support (3) after having capped said frame (30) with said printing cap (4) and in wherein said drowning step coincides with said pouring step.
