2. The footbridge for railway paths (fig.1) according to claim 1, wherein said polymeric material is recycled rubber with non-slip tread surface (1) (fig.1 and 2).

3. The walkway for railway paths (fig.1) according to claim 1, comprises an aggregating layer (4 and 5) able to confer rigidity structural, as filler of the plastic material (1).

4. The walkway for railway paths according to claim 3, wherein said aggregating layer (5) is in reinforced concrete with electro-welded mesh measuring according to the loads to be supported(4).

5. The walkway for railway paths according to one of the preceding claims, further comprising support elements (figs. 3 n, 2 and n. 3) arranged at the base of the article.

The walkway for railway paths according to claim 5, wherein said support element (fig 3 n.2 and n.3) comprises four adjustable lower bases in mechanical tube type E 355 complete with threaded bushings (fig 3 n. 2) and number four upper elements in rolled steel tube with external thread, with bracket welded to one end? and inserted into the concrete (fig. 3 n.3).
