F. recovery (240) of the clothes delivered in the previous point ?D.? by an operator (200) of said predetermined laundry, and verification of correspondence between the information indicated in the request for cleaning service associated with the previous point ?E.? and the clothes actually deposited in the container (130); G. notification (241) on the personal device (110) of the generic customer who has carried out the delivery indicated in the previous point ?C.? of taking charge of the cleaning service by said predetermined laundry.

9. Method for delivering one or more items to the laundry clothes to be washed, which makes use of a system for managing the delivery of clothes to the laundry according to claim 7, which comprises at least the following operating steps:

H. delivery (131), at said laundry, of one or more? clothes to be washed, provided with an identification label readable with an RFID technology, and said delivery takes place through the deposit of said clothes by said generic customer in an empty container (130), which has a label (140) readable by means of a personal device (110) of said generic customer, and which integrates an RFID reader;

I. transmission to said computer system (120) of the identification information of the clothes deposited inside said container (130), this information being acquired by means of said RFID reader, and transmitted by means of said means of communication, which are included in said container ( 130) in which ? the deposit of said clothes to be washed has taken place;

J. reading (230) of said label (140) present on said container (130) inside which said one or more? clothes to be washed, and notification (231) of the delivery of the clothes for which ? requested a cleaning service from said computer system (120), this notification being inclusive of the information relating to the identification of the container (130) inside which the clothes were deposited, and of the identification of the device (110) with which ? the reading of the label has been performed (140);

K. association (132), carried out by said computer system (120), of the delivery notified in the previous point ?J.?, with said one or more? clothes to be washed deposited in the previous point ?H.?.
