2. Oral appliance (1) according to claim 1, wherein said body (2) has, in plan view, a ?U? and includes:

- a plate (20), having a ?U? shape, comprising an upper surface and a lower surface which develop along curvilinear trajectories conforming, respectively, to the development of the patient?s upper and lower arches; And
