Claims

1. Jewel (1) comprising a plurality? of modular elements (2) and a closure (3),

- each of said modular elements (2) comprising an upper portion (20), capable of supporting a stone (4), and a lower portion (21), comprising first constraint means (5) capable of mutually constraining said modular elements ( 2) along a main trajectory (1a),

- said closure (3) comprising a female portion (30) and a male portion (31),

and characterized by the fact that

- said female portion (30) comprises at least an upper portion (301) suitable for supporting at least one stone (4), and a lower portion (302), comprising second constraint means (300), suitable for constraining said female portion (30 ) with one of said modular elements (2), and a longitudinal seat (303),

- said male portion (31) comprises at least a first element (32) and a second element (33),

- said first element (32) comprises an upper portion (321) suitable for supporting at least one stone (4), and a lower portion (322), comprising third constraint means (320), suitable for constraining said male portion (31) with one of said modular elements (2), and a first elongated portion (323), on the opposite side with respect to said second constraint means (320),

- said second element (33) comprises an upper portion (331) suitable for supporting at least one stone (4), and a lower portion (332), comprising a lower seat (334), and a second elongated portion (333),

- said first elongated portion (323) ? arranged along said lower seat (334), - said first elongated portion (323) and said second elongated portion (333) are reciprocally loosely connected through a first hinge (335) with rotation axis perpendicular to said main trajectory (1a), called second elongated portion (333) being arranged above said first elongated portion (323),

- said male portion (31) comprises an elastic element (35) exerting a force which mutually distances said first elongated portion (323) and said second elongated portion (333), said elastic element (35) being placed below said second element (33),

- said first elongated portion (323) and said second elongated portion (333) can be inserted into said longitudinal seat (303) to close said jewel (1).

The jewel according to claim 1, wherein said first elongated portion (323) is constrained to said first element (32) by means of a second hinge (325).

3. Jewel according to claim 2, wherein said second hinge (325) and said first hinge (335) are obtained through circular seats constrained by a pin.

4. Jewel according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said first hinge (335) also comprises limit stop elements (Fig. X) suitable for preventing the two elongated portions (323, 333) from diverging beyond a certain angle.

5. A jewel according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said second elongated portion (333) is integral with said second element (33).

6. Jewel according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said male portion (31) and said female portion (30) are further mutually constrained by at least one resolvable connection (36) comprising an expandable clip (361) which can be inserted by elastic snapping into a pin (362).

7. Jewel according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said first constraint means (5) capable of mutually constraining said modular elements (2) along said main trajectory (1a), each comprise, along a first face, a shaft (50) , inside said lower portion (21), extending in the axial direction (1b), and along a second face a gripper element (51) comprising a seat (510) counter-shaped to said shaft (50) and extending in the axial direction (1b ), said seat being able to house, following elastic deformation of said gripper element (51), said shaft (50) of another said modular element (2).

8. Jewel according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said modular elements (2) and said closure (3) are obtained by fusion.

9. Jewel according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said female portion (30), said first element (32) and said second element (33) have the outward appearance of modular elements (2).

10. Jewel according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said elastic element (35) is placed below said second element (33), and presses on said lower portion (332) of said second element (33)
