Description
Descrizione invenzione industriale avente per titolo Description of an industrial invention having the title
?PIEDE PROTETTO? ?PROTECTED FOOT?
Stato della tecnica State of the art
At the state of the art there is still no definitive system, suitable for supporting the elimination of a problem common to all/many people, linked to the elimination of bruises, abrasions, blisters, etc. due to the use of shoes whether they are for work, trekking or sports in general, so much? It is true that often it is also necessary to resort to the use of items purchased in pharmacies to alleviate or heal the consequences deriving from footwear worn for long periods.
The medium more used by shoe manufacturing companies and their supply chain in order to reduce this problem, ? usually the use of a latex thimble for exclusive protection of the big toe of the foot which, in any case, is not a definitive solution to contrast the effects of this phenomenon. Some footwear companies have proposed socks made with products more? soft, more fine, or even of different fabrics but, also in this case, the phenomena of abrasions, blisters and bruises have not been completely defeated. Other solutions ?do it yourself? are those of buying larger-sized shoes, making sure that there is room for the toe, but with the consequent inconvenience? to wear a shoe more? larger than our usual and correct size. Another solution? Do it yourself? experienced ? was to tighten the pi? possible the shoelaces, but also in this case the procedure brought little benefit, substantially it failed the objective, as with too tight laces symptoms of tingling deriving from the poor blood circulation in the foot are perceived. The still existing technical problem, in the opinion of the inventor, is ? referable to? impossibility? to ?block? the foot in the correct position, binding it in such a way as to ensure that the foot does not come into contact/rubbing with the rigid parts of the shoe, causing the aforementioned symptoms. The absence of a method and/or procedure, such as the one conceived by the writer and expressed by means of this document, installed in the footwear or worn before wearing the shoes themselves, managed in such a way as to be useful for completely and definitively eliminating the problem at its root, or by fixing the foot correctly and acting directly, in a targeted manner, in the areas where more frequent occurrence of bruises.
Campo di applicazione Field of application
The field in which the invention described here is placed is mainly that of mountain trekking and sports, but the solution is also applicable to all types of footwear in general where the problem is encountered, for example on all shoes of the type accident prevention commonly used in the workplace.
- fig. 1) (13. 14. 15. 16. - fig.2). Agendo mediante una pompa manuale (3. Fig..1) (8. The invention represented and described here, in its simplicity? ? characterized by the possibility to fit a bearing ring / bearing toe (1. 2. 3. - fig. 1) (13. 14. 15. 16. - fig.3) with a captive air on the foot, in the toe/foot connection area, or alternatively the direct installation inserted and mounted inside the shoe (5. 6. 7. 8. - fig.2). Acting with a manual pump (3. Fig..1) (8.
9. Fig.2) (16.17. Fig.1) (5.6.11. Fig.2) (13.14.19. Fig.1) (7.10. Fig.2) (15.18. Fig.3) e pompa manuale esterna (3. Fig..1) (8.9. Fig.2) (16.17. Fig..1) (8.9. Fig.2) (16.17. Fig.3) stessa. Fig..1) (8.9. Fig.2) (16.17. 9. Fig.2) (16.17. Fig.3), the device inflates/deflates, locking the foot in a fixed position and completely eliminating the problem of foot/shoe friction, making it almost Nothing dictates possibility. The footwear companies in primis, so? also anyone who has the possibility? to create accessories in support of this supply chain, to crown this result, they will have to equip themselves with these ?bearings? with captive air (1. Fig.1) (5.6.11. Fig.2) (13.14.19. Fig.3) equipped with an air transport tube (2. Fig.1) (7.10. Fig.2) ( 15.18. Fig.3) and external manual pump (3. Fig..1) (8.9. Fig.2) (16.17. Fig.3) to be used when the user feels the need? as it begins to experience some annoyance. The use of this device (very similar to the armrests used by children at the beach) ? usable according to one's sensitivity, given that manual inflation allows pressure regulation, and prevents reaching pressures such as to block blood circulation, and in case the user accidentally inflates it in excess or in a way that is not congruous to the moment/need? always able to deflate it using the pump (3. Fig..1) (8.9. Fig.2) (16.17. Fig.3) itself. In case of prolonged use, can be deflated totally or partially independently cos? to make the shoe always comfortable and suitable for your needs. Finally, it also means that the correctly inflated device (totally inflated) turns out to be a foot block, at the same time, if not fully inflated, it becomes an air shock absorber that ?softens? the foot/shoe contact and finally totally deflated the device takes the morphology of the foot so that its presence is not even accused. These captive air bearings (fig.1) must be put on the feet by the user before putting on the shoes (fig. 2), or directly installed in the shoes (fig. 3) by the manufacturers. The captive air bearing will come? what? inflated or deflated by manual pump (3. Fig..1) (8.9. Fig.2) (16.17. Fig.3) external to the lowest pressure? useful at the moment and all? activity? breakthrough. Once the device is inflated, the foot will locked in the correct position leaving the space due (the one designed by the manufacturers of the footwear) between the tip of the shoe and the toes, at the same time bind? the heel of the foot to the shoe avoiding rubbing. Also on the back side can? be installed/fitted a captive air bearing (11. fig.2) (19. fig.3) and used in a totally independent way that will have? the same peculiarities? and mode? of use described up to now. In this way eliminating the possibility? at the foot to have some? game? inside the shoe, contacts, friction, etc. will be eliminated. which produce the bruises. It is believed that with the first uses it is not possible to find one's own satisfaction threshold but that, once one has learned to use the innovative system to the fullest, it will come? used with greater awareness and better results will always be obtained for the benefit of the person. The method or procedure described here will result? very effective and solve? definitely the aforementioned technical problem when applied, inherent in the whole world. By way of example, in order to enable the average technician to be able to reproduce the invention described here, a technical specification is proposed, it ? absolutely to be considered, a commercial method, applied with the aid of said equipment, in order to arrive at a new technical solution, aimed at solving a serious technical problem that has never been definitively resolved.
