The side walls join the front wall and the convex rear wall and are provided with openings, like glove doors, for the introduction of the operators' hands.

In the rear wall of the protective casing, there are the entrances for the means for air circulation and for sterilization.

The semicircular upper wall partially covers the structure and has the entrances for the suction means for the aerosols formed in the microclimate, as well as the hooking means for the spatial positioning in suspension, described below,

The front-upper screen wall, inclined forward, is interchangeable, also with the addition of useful means for a better view inside the device.

2) A work envelope, as in claim n?1, with transparent viewing means, such as front-upper wall with watertight seal, consisting of:

a) Inclined, transparent, removable and replaceable trapezoidal screen, equipped with means for quick and safe removal and positioning, such as holes for housing screws, one per side, fixed to the housing template, made on the edge of the walls which form the casing of the container, screws which, thanks to fixing means, are able to be tightened by bolts suitable for maintaining the watertight seal, at the level of the perimeter of the vision screen, provided with a suitable gasket.

b) Inclined, transparent, removable and replaceable trapezoidal screen, equipped with means for increasing vision, such as magnifying system means and LED lighting system means or the like, including detection means such as cameras, with in situ visual screen, which could form means to replace direct vision.

3) A container of work as claim n?1, open at the base, which can? become a real volume with a controlled atmosphere, in accordance with the possibility? to fix, with appropriate means, a suitably adapted closure to the base of the container itself, such as the edge of a disposable bag-like gown, in water-repellent and waterproof fabric, worn by a patient.

a) Means for creating an insulation, as in claim n?1- for creating and maintaining a volume with a controlled atmosphere, which allow to isolate the operating field from the external environment, thanks to the closure of the open base, obtained with a disposable impermeable gown cap with suitable closure means.

In this way the base of the container is closed and together with the delimitation created by the closure means of the waterproof hood, of the sack coat, around the patient's face, a casing is created which allows the isolation of the operative field and the formation of the internal volume, controlled atmosphere,

b) Suitable means for creating an insulation volume, such as disposable sheaths which allow the introduction, from the service channels, as described above, of the instrumentation and consumables required for the planned intervention, without altering the controlled atmosphere during introduction and the return of said instrumentation.

c) Suitable means for creating an isolation volume, such as a waterproof bag gown with hood, with hood closure means, which allow the patient to be safely discharged and maintain the controlled atmosphere to carry out the complete internal sterilization procedures, in the absence of the patient.

4) A container casing for creating a working environment, with an isolated volume, as in claim n? 1 and 2, with a controlled atmosphere, with air circulation means and high speed suction means, with the possibility of the use of sanitizing means, such as UV-C ray means and ozone sterilization, in an environment with a limited volume, which can be positioned spatially and used in the dental and/or medical-surgical field, comprising:

a) A rigid and transparent casing, with an open base that can? define an area and/or a work volume, which can be positioned as desired on a patient, thanks to coupling means with ball joint rod support, connected on one side to the upper face of the box and on the other end? to a mechanical or hydraulic arm, mobile with double pantograph, fixed to the wall or ceiling, or on wheels

b) Support means for positioning and handling the VERSATILE SANITARY PROTECTION ENVELOPE, such as a plastic handle fixed to the rear wall of the box. c) Means of introduction of deionized air, as a flexible circuit with a duct suitable for a one-way valve, with access positioned in the rear wall of the casing, coming from an external source, for the creation of an internal micro-climate, in the presence of a patient.

d) Suction means, as a circuit with a suitable flexible duct, formed by means such as sockets, two in number, with quick coupling means, positioned on the upper wall, at the sides of the hooking means.

This suction system creates the conditions for removing the circulating air impregnated with aerosols formed during operation? specific health care, towards the suitable suction means, present or dedicated.

e) Means for the formation of a controlled atmosphere, such as suction means, which create a negative pressure volume, with appropriate use of the air inlet circuits, for the removal of the aerosols, also from recesses such as dead spaces, of the operating volume, that develop during surgical interventions, in particular dental ones.

f) Means of sanitization sterilization, such as a UV-C light circuit, positioned on the inner edge of the base of the casing, which can be activated with suitable means, at the earliest moment? conducive to the sanitizing action, which does not create residues to be disposed of.

g) Means of introducing ozonized air, coming from an external source, as a circuit with a suitable flexible duct, with a one-way valve, with an inlet outlet positioned in the rear wall of the casing,

The possibility? to introduce ozonized air, in the absence of the patient, in a few minutes it carries out a sanitization-sterilization of all the surfaces and components of the internal volume of the container, created with specific precautions, without the formation of residues to be disposed of, after sanitization.

h) Container casing as in claim n?1 and 2, with the use of quick release/hookup means from the ball joint bar, as in claim n?4-a, for quick replacement with another structure "VERSATILE SANITARY PROTECTION ENVELOPE", in order to carry out, in safety, the sanitization procedures of the envelope contaminated by infectious situations, in another room.

5) A protective casing, as in claim n?3, which creates an isolated work environment with a controlled atmosphere, with the possibility of of operational access, without changing the internal atmosphere during operation, including:

a) Means for access by the operators' hands, such as glove doors, suitably positioned and in number of two, on each of the side walls of the rigid container, which do not modify the internal atmosphere during operation? of sanitary ware, allowing the easy execution of targeted interventions in dentistry.
