DESCRIZIONE
Ambito dell?invenzione
La presente invenzione riguarda una membrana per la produzione di tessuti tecnici con nanoparticelle d'argento antimicrobica, antibatterica a base politetrafluoroetilene (PTFE)O poliuretano.
L'invenzione si riferisce, inoltre, ad un metodo per realizzare una siffatta membrana.
Descrizione della tecnica nota
Le membrane attualmente impiegate in ambito tessile, note dallo stato della tecnica, realizzate in politetrafluoroelilene (PTFE) vengono utilizzate per la produzione di tessuti tecnici ad alte prestazioni, impermeabili/traspiranti ad alta resistenza meccanica nella forma di tessuti a membrana (PTFE) trilaminato avente tre strati uno di tessuto esterno, uno di membrana e uno di maglina di rinforzo esterno a formare un sandwinch. Allo stesso modo le membrane realizzate in poliuretano in ambito tessile vengono utilizzate in accoppiamento con tessuti per renderli impermeabili traspiranti. Sono tecnica nota le nonoparticelle di argento utilizzate negli ultimi decenni che hanno trovato applicazioni nei catalizzatori, nell'ottica, nell'elettronica e in altre aree grazie alle loro propriet? ottiche, elettriche, magnetiche. Attualmente la maggior parte delle nanoparticelle di argento sono impiegate come agenti antibatterici e amtimicrobici in biotecnologia e bioingegneria.
Sintesi dell'invenzione
E? quindi scopo dell'invenzione fornire una membrana per la produzione di tessuti tecnici con nanoparticelle d'argento antimicrobica, antibatterica, impermeabile, traspirante a base politetrafluoroetilene (PTFE) o poliuretano o altri materiali aventi le stesse caratteristiche.
Questi ed altri scopi vengono raggiunti mediante una membrana politetrafluoroetilene (PTFE) o poliuretano addittivata con nanoparticelle d'argento, secondo l'invenzione, comprendente:
- una membrana a base politetrafluoroetilene (PTFE) o poliuretano avente nanoparticelle d'argento distribuite su entrambe le facce;
- detta membrana a base politetrafluoroetilene (PTFE) o poliuretano avente nanoparticelle d'argento distribuite su una faccia;
- detta membrana a base politetrafluoroetilene (PTFE) o poliuretano avente nanoparticelle d'argento posizionate su una o entrambe le facce caratterizzata dal fatto che accoppiata a tessuti rendono questi ultimi impermeabili, traspiranti, antibatterici, antimicrobici.
Vantaggiosamente detta membrana a base politetrafluoroetilene (PTFE) o poliuretano avente nanoparticelle d'argento su una o entrambe le facce accoppiata ad un tessuto rende quest'ultimo impermeabile, traspirante, antibatterico e antimicrobico prodotto in bobine utilizzato per la produzione di indumenti di protezione individuale e tempo libero come giacche a vento, tute, scarpe, guanti, mascherine.

L'invenzione verr? ora illustrata con la descrizione che segue di una sua forma realizzativa, fatta a titolo esemplificativo e non limitativo, con riferimento ai disegni annessi in cui:
- la figura 1 mostra schematicamente in una vista prospettica in elevazione laterale, parzialmente sezionata, una prima forma realizzativa di membrana per la produzione di tessuti tecnici secondo l'invenzione;
- la freccia 1 della figura 1 indica in vista in sezione il tessuto esterno;
- la freccia 2 della figura 1 indica in vista in sezione la membrana a base politetrafluoroetilene (PTFE) o poliuretano addittivata con nanoparticelle d'argento sulla faccia esterna;
- la freccia 3 della figura 1 indica in vista in sezione la membrana a base politetrafluoroetilene (PTFE) o poliuretano addittivata con nanoparticelle d'argento sulla faccia interna;
- la freccia 4 della figura 1 indica in vista in sezione la membrana a base politetrafluoroetilene (PTFE) o poliuretano accoppiata al tessuto avente nanoparticelle d'argento sulla faccia esterna;
- la freccia 5 della figura 1 indica in vista in sezione il tessuto finito accoppiato alla membrana impermeabile, traspirante, antibatterico e antimicrobico;
Descrizione dettagliata della forma realizzativa
Con riferimento alla figura 1 e alle frecce dalla n. 1 alla n. 5, una membrana per la produzione di tessuti tecnici con nanoparticelle d'argento antimicrobica, antibatterica a base politetrafluoroetilene (PTFE)O poliuretano, secondo la presente invenzione, accoppiata ad un tessuto rende quest'ultimo impermeabile, traspirante, antibatterico e antimicrobico, prodotto in bobine e utilizzato per la produzione di indumenti di protezione individuale e tempo libero come giacche a vento, tute, scarpe, guanti, mascherine..
La descrizione di cui sopra di una forma realizzativa specifica ? in grado di mostrare l'invenzione dal punto di vista concettuale in modo che altri, utilizzando la tecnica nota, possano modificare e/o adattare in varie applicazioni tale forma realizzativa specifica senza ulteriori ricerche e senza allontanarsi dal concetto inventivo, e, quindi, si intende che tali adattamenti e modifiche saranno da considerare come equivalenti della forma realizzativa specifica. I mezzi e i materiali per realizzare le varie funzioni descritte potranno essere di varia natura senza per questo uscire dall'ambito dell'invenzione. Si intende che le espressioni o la terminologia utilizzate hanno scopo puramente descrittivo e per questo non limitativo.
Claims (1)
- RIVENDICAZIONI I. Membrana per la produzione di tessuti tecnici antibatterica, antimicrobica, impermeabile, traspirante comprendente: una membrana a base politetrafluoroetilene (PTFE) o poliuretano o materiali aventi le stesse caratteristiche addittivata con nanoparticelle d'argento distribuite su una o entrambe le facce accoppiata a tessuto caratterizzata dal fatto che detto tessuto oltre ad essere impermeabile e traspirante ? antibatterico e antimicrobico; II. Membrana, secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzata dal fatto che accoppiata al tessuto estremamente leggero realizzato in bobine idoneo per la produzione di indumenti di protezione individuale e tempo libero come giacche a vento, tute, scarpe, guanti, mascherine.
