La presente domanda di brevetto per invenzione industriale ha per oggetto una vasca da bagno ad accesso laterale di nuova concezione. The present patent application for industrial invention relates to a newly designed side access bathtub.

Gi? da tempo esistono in commercio le cosiddette vasche da bagno con accesso facilitato, espressamente destinate a disabili, persone anziani o comunque a soggetti con mobilit? limitata. Con riferimento a dette figure, la vasca ad accesso facilitato secondo il trovato (1) si avvale usualmente di una parete di fondo di pianta rettangolare (10), dai bordi della quale aggettano due sponde trasversali (11, 12) raccordate con due sponde longitudinali (13, 14); in particolare detta parete di fondo (10) reca una lunghezza tale da consentire all?utente di assumere una posizione sdraiata ? con gambe allungate ? all?interno della vasca in questione (1).
