Il presente brevetto ? attinente alle protezioni per impatti ed urti, ed in particolare concerne le protezioni per impatti ed urti in ambito stradale. Specificatamente il presente brevetto si riferisce ad una nuova protezione per impatti ed urti applicabile alla parte inferiore del tronco degli alberi situati a bordo strada. This patent? pertaining to impact and shock protection, and in particular regards impact and shock protection in the road environment. Claims

1. Protection (P) applicable to the trunk of roadside trees characterized by the fact that it includes:

- a protective element (E), designed to be wrapped at least partially around the trunk (T) of the tree to be protected,

- one or more fastening and joining elements (F), fixed to said protective element (E) and able to maintain said protective element (E) in the assigned position around said trunk (T) of the tree to be protected.

2. Protection (P), as per claim 1, characterized in that said protection element (E) comprises at least one panel (E1) of flexible and elastic material.

3. Protection (P), as per claims 1, 2, characterized in that said protection element (E) comprises an outer casing of flexible and resistant material, able to contain and protect said panel (E1).

4. Protection (P), as per claim 1, characterized in that said fixing and joining elements (F) consist of bands fixed to at least two opposite sides of said protection element (E).

5. Protection (P), as per claim 4, characterized in that said fastening and joining elements (F) have buckles, eyelets or other locking systems at their ends. and/or in their length.

6. Protection (P), as per the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises spacer elements (D), and wherein said spacer elements (D) are arranged on a surface of said protection element (E) suitable for facing the trunk (T) of the tree to be protected.

7. Protection (P), as per the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises writings, signals, indications, high-contrast and/or reflecting symbols on the surface of the protection element (E) set away opposite the trunk (T) of the tree.
