Dal documento EP2974940B1 è noto un siffatto carrello per supermercati la cui maniglia di spinta è formata da un elemento anulare generalmente orizzontale situato al di sopra del contenitore. La maniglia di spinta è direttamente unita al bordo superiore del contenitore e presenta lungo il suo intero perimetro una conformazione esteriore tale da evitare che l'utilizzatore possa essere indotto a spingere il carrello da un lato piuttosto che da altri lati. Riferendosi inizialmente alle figure 1 a 5 il carrello per supermercati secondo una prima forma di attuazione dell'invenzione comprende essenzialmente una struttura o intelaiatura di supporto 1 recante un contenitore a cesto 2 ed una maniglia di spinta 3. In questa forma di attuazione la struttura di supporto 1 è metallica: essa comprende una coppia di barre sagomate formanti due montanti 4 ciascuno dei quali presenta una porzione inferiore generalmente verticale 5 ed una porzione superiore 6 inclinata in avanti. Le porzioni inferiori 5 si accordano inferiormente ad ulteriori porzioni 7 inclinate in avanti e recanti una prima coppia di ruote 8. Dalle porzioni 7 si dipartono verso il basso due barre 9 recanti una seconda coppia di ruote piroettanti 8. Supermarket trolley comprising a support structure (1) of a container (2; 14) comprising a base with wheels (7, 8, 9), and a push handle (3) of the trolley, in which the thrust (3) is formed by a generally horizontal annular element located above the container (2; 14), characterized in that said support structure (1) comprises two uprights (4) projecting upwards, and said handle ring (3) is applied on the tops (6) of said two uprights (4).

2. Trolley according to claim 1, characterized in that said two uprights (4) each have a generally vertical lower portion (5) and an upper portion inclined forward (6), and said annular push handle (3) is only substantially centrally fixed to the end of each inclined upper portion (6).

3. Trolley according to claim 2, characterized in that said inclined upper portions (6) are provided with respective brackets (16) for supporting and fixing said annular push handle (3).

4. Trolley according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said support structure (1) is metal and said annular push handle (3) is of plastic material.

5. Trolley according to one or more of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said support structure (1) and said annular push handle (3) are of plastic material.

6. Trolley according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said container consists of a basket (2) open at the top.

7. Trolley according to one or more of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that said container consists of at least one flexible bag (14) suspended in a rapidly detachable manner from said annular push handle (3).

8. Trolley according to claim 7, characterized in that said annular push handle (3) has a median side member (15) and coupling members (12, 13) in correspondence with generally central areas of said median side member (15) and of the sides facing it of said annular push handle (3) for the releasable engagement of respective handles (15) of a pair of said bags (14) in a side-by-side condition.
