La presente invenzione si riferisce a un vassoio monoporzione per il supporto di prodotti alimentari, in particolare per esporre e servire prodotti dolciari. In dettaglio, tale vassoio è particolarmente ma non esclusivamente destinato ad essere impiegato nelle vetrine di esposizione di un negozio o sui tavoli o banconi di un locale da cui può essere prelevato per essere riposto in una scatola o servito a un cliente per la pronta degustazione. 2) Single portion tray (10) according to claim 1 in which said first folding invitation line (6) and said second folding invitation lines (4) are non-coincident straight lines which converge towards the same convergence point (7).

3) Single-portion tray (10) according to claim 2, whose angle defined by said second lines of bending invitation (4) is a substantially right angle.

4) Single portion tray (10) according to claim 2, where the angle defined by said second lines of bending invitation (4) is an obtuse or acute angle.

8) Single portion tray (10) according to one of claims 1-4 wherein said main portion (2) has a circular or completely curvilinear shape, a slot being provided between the main portion (2) and the convergence point (7).

9) Single portion tray (10) according to one of the preceding claims, in which said first folding invitation line (6) and said second folding invitation lines (4) are pre-fractured cutting lines.

10) Single portion tray (10) according to one of the preceding claims in which the single portion tray (10) is pre-formed in such a way that the appendix portions (3, 3 ') assume a partially folded configuration in which they are inclined with respect to the portion main (2).
