La presente invenzione industriale riguarda un dispositivo per il fissaggio rapido delle zanzariere che non necessita dell’esecuzione di fori negli infissi o negli stipiti, nonché una zanzariera comprendete tale dispositivo. Sono questi tutti accorgimenti noti nel settore, che potranno facilmente essere applicati in varia maniera senza uscire dagli scopi della presente invenzione. Device (1) for fastening a mosquito net to a frame comprising: - a first end (10) configured to be removably fixed to the frame of a mosquito net; - a second end (20) configured to be able to slide inside special guides (101) provided in at least one of the profiles of said frame and comprising a constraint element (21) configured to engage the profile of the frame to which the mosquito net must be bound; - a thrust element (50); - a lever mechanism (40) configured in such a way as to axially slide along said guides (101) a thrust element (50) between a first position in which said thrust element is close to said first end (10) and a second position in which said thrust element (50) is further away from said first end (10) - a spring (30) interposed between said thrust element (50) and said second end (20) and configured to axially thrust said second end (20).

2. Device (1) for fastening a mosquito net to a frame according to claim 1 characterized in that said lever mechanism (40) comprises locking means (41) configured in such a way as to engage respective locking means (12) present on said first end (10), so that when said thrust element (50) is in said second position, said lever mechanism (40) is stably constrained to the first end (10), and cannot be disengaged except for by means of a user action.

Device (1) for fastening a mosquito net to a frame according to claim 1 or 2 characterized by the fact that said fastening element (21) has an "L" -shaped profile, with an end tab (211) positioned at a distance (H) with respect to the sliding axis of said second end (20) in the guide of the frame, said distance (H) being sufficient to allow said constraint element (21) to engage the profile of the frame to which the mosquito net it must be bound.

4. Mosquito net frame comprising at least one profile (100) comprising a guide (101) configured to slidably house said first end (10), said thrust means (50) and said second end (20) of said device (1).
