A method for managing maintenance requests made by one or more users (U) on an IT platform for the optimization of business processes (ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning), which method includes the following steps: a) preparation of a database (DB) designed to allow the storage and access to numerical data; b) saving in said database (DB) of a plurality of numerical identification data (DOi) associated with one or more user profiles (U) enabled to use the platform; c) saving in said database (DB) of numerical data (DR) generated by said users (U) and associated with an intervention request relating to one or more operating aspects of the platform, said numerical intervention data (DR) being also associated with said identification data (DUi) of users (U); d) saving in said database (DB) of a plurality of further identification numerical data (DOi) associated with the profiles of one or more operators (O) authorized to perform maintenance on the platform; e) saving in said database of numerical data (DC) relating to the technical skills associated with each individual operator (O), said numerical data (DC) relating to skills being also associated with said identification data (DOi) of the profiles of these operators ( OR); f) provision of processing means (P) suitable for accessing said database (DB), said processing means (P) being provided with an integrated memory unit (S); g) selective interrogation by said processor means of said numerical data (DR) relating to the request for intervention made by said users (U); h) temporary saving in said memory unit (S) of said processing means (P) of said numerical data (DR) relating to the request for intervention; i) query of the database (DB) by the processing means (P) in order to access the numerical data (Dr) relating to the skills of a single operator (O) and stored in said database (DB) during said phase g) ; j) comparison made by said processing means (P) between the numerical data (DR) relating to the requests for intervention saved in said memory unit (S) in said phase h) and the numerical data (DC) relating to the competences of said operators (O) interrogated during said phase i); k) generation by said processing means of additional numerical data (DM) intended to indicate the degree of compatibility between the information contained in the data (DR) relating to the request for intervention and the information associated with the relative data (DC) the competences examined during the execution of phase j); l) iteration of phases i), j) and k) for each data (DC) relating to the skills of the operator (O) and stored in the database in said phase e); m) selection of one or more specific numerical data (DM) whose information associated with them expresses the maximum degree of compatibility present between the data (DR) relating to the request for intervention and the data (DC) relating to the skills of said operators ( OR); n) selection of the identification data (DOi) relating to the profile of one or more operators (O) to which the numerical data (DM) selected in said phase m) are associated.

2. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a step o) of association of the identification data (DOi) of one or more operating profiles (O) selected in said step n) with the identification data (DUi) of the profiles user (U) who have made a request for intervention.

Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that it comprises, prior to said comparison step j), a step p) of saving management data (DG) in said database (DB) relating to information characteristic of each user (U), said management data (DG) being associated with the identification data (DUi) of said users (U).

Method according to claim 3, characterized in that it comprises a further comparison step q) carried out subsequently to said storage and n) selection steps p), said comparison step q) being performed by said processor means (P ) to compare the data (DM) referring to the degree of compatibility with the management data (DG) stored during the execution of said phase p).

Method according to claim 4, characterized in that it comprises a further evaluation step r) subsequent to said comparison step q), said evaluation step r) being carried out by said processor means (P) to keep unchanged or to overwrite the numerical data (DM) relating to compatibility obtained in said step k) according to the information contained in the management data (DG) stored in said step p).

Method according to claim 5, characterized in that said processor means (P) are suitable for repeating steps j) to m) in the case in which said evaluation step r) has generated the overwriting of said data (DG ) relating to the degree of compatibility between the information contained in the data (DR) relating to the request for intervention and the information associated with the data (DC) relating to the skills of said operators (O).

Method according to one or more of claims 3 to 6, characterized in that said management data (DG) include information relating to the hourly cost of the operator and / or to the tariff referred to one or more users (U) and / or at the maximum intervention time foreseen for one or more users (U).

8. Method according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a further step s) of saving in said database (DB) of further data (DD) relating to the technical skills desired by one or more operators (O) for the which the latter intend to request refresher training.

9. Method according to claim 8, characterized in that it comprises a step t) of association performed by said processing means (P), in said step t) the processing of said data (DC) relating to the skills desired by one or more operators (O) to generate further numerical data (DF) associated with one or more individual training activities provided for each operator (O).

A computer program comprising a sequence of instructions executable by the computer and suitable for obtaining the steps of the method according to one or more of claims 1 to 9.
