La presente invenzione ha per oggetto un guanto abrasivo. The present invention relates to an abrasive glove.

Come noto, i guanti abrasivi sono generalmente realizzati in gomma o in tessuto preferibilmente elasticizzato per aderire alla mano. As known, abrasive gloves are generally made of rubber or preferably elasticized fabric to adhere to the hand.

Tali guanti presentano uno strato abrasivo accoppiato in corrispondenza del palmo della mano ed atto a realizzare operazioni di levigatura superficiale su differenti materiali. Tra i guanti abrasivi di maggiore diffusione si evidenziano quelli realizzati in forma di una tasca configurata per essere indossati dalla mano dell’utilizzatore. Among the most common abrasive gloves, those made in the form of a pocket configured to be worn by the user's hand are highlighted.

La tasca presenta in corrispondenza dell’apertura di accesso della mano una zona elastica di ampiezza minore atta ad impegnarsi al polso dell’utilizzatore per evitare che la mano, in fase di utilizzo, si sfili involontariamente dalla tasca stessa. I guanti noti sopra descritti, seppur efficienti e di facile impiego, presentano tuttavia importanti inconvenienti. The known gloves described above, although efficient and easy to use, nevertheless have important drawbacks.

In primo luogo, i sistemi di accoppiamento temporaneo tra tasca e foglio abrasivo non sono in grado di assicurare un vincolo stabile, specie durante azioni di levigatura particolarmente vigorose. In questo caso tuttavia, l’operatore che di norma predilige l’uso di una sola mano, è obbligato all’acquisto di entrambi i guanti di cui uno non viene utilizzato. Claims

CLAIMS 1. Abrasive glove, comprising: an internal surface configured to be worn by the hand of a user and an external surface (4) having a first face (4a) corresponding to the palm of the hand and a second face (4b) corresponding to the back of the hand; characterized in that said faces (4a, 4b) of the external surface (4) are both at least partially made of abrasive material.

2. Glove according to the preceding claim, characterized by the fact that said internal surface is made of elastic material, and by the fact that said external surface (4) is made of silicone rubber.

3. Abrasive glove according to the preceding claim, characterized in that said inner and outer surfaces (4) are made in one piece and in that said inner surface is made of latex-based material.

4. Glove according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that said abrasive material comprises a granular layer (5) configured to define an abrasive action on a surface to be sanded.

5. Glove according to the preceding claim, characterized in that said granular layer (5) has different dimensions of the granules according to the specific polishing actions to be performed.

6. Glove according to claim 4, characterized in that said granular layer (5) develops along the entire first and second face (4a, 4b).

7. Glove according to claim 4, characterized in that said granular layer (5) develops along a first portion (2) configured to contain the palm and the back of the hand.

8. Glove according to claim 4, characterized in that said granular layer (5) develops along a second portion (3) configured to contain the fingers of the hand.
