CLAIMS 1. Tray (1) for sprouting (100) comprising a bottom wall (2) provided with at least one through opening (3) which extends mainly along a longitudinal axis (X) and which has transverse dimensions (Y) such as to prevent that the seeds (50) deposited on said tray can pass through said at least one through opening (3), characterized in that said at least one opening (3)? defined, at least at the top and in the direction of said longitudinal axis, by two opposite upper side surfaces (2a, 2b) of said bottom wall (2) which, in cross section, have a substantially? V? shape, so that the seeds deposited on said tray (1) can rest on said two opposite upper lateral surfaces (2a, 2b).

Tray (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that said at least one opening (3) is defined, at least below and in the direction of said at least one longitudinal axis, by two opposite lower lateral surfaces (2c, 2d) of said bottom wall (2) which, in cross section, have a substantially? V? shape. inverted, said two lower opposite side surfaces (2c, 2d) being connected to said two upper opposite side surfaces (2a, 2b).
