RIVENDICAZIONI 1. Apparato per la raccolta manuale di escrementi di animali domestici, caratterizzato dal fatto che comprende: - un telo (T) di raccolta in foglio di pellicola flessibile, presentante: - in posizione dispiegata, una falda anteriore (F) ed una falda posteriore (R) reciprocamente allineate nella direzione longitudinale di detto telo, e una faccia anteriore (A) ed una faccia posteriore (P), e - una tasca (S) provvista su detta faccia posteriore (P) del telo (T), in corrispondenza di detta falda posteriore (R), in prossimità di detta falda anteriore (F) e aperta verso detta falda posteriore (R); - una paletta (10) di raccolta, presentante una parte a piastra (11) ed un manico (12) solidale a detta parte a piastra (11), in cui detta parte a piastra (11) è configurata per essere contenuta in detta tasca (S). - inserire detta parte a piastra (11) di detta paletta (10) in detta tasca (S), e sovrapporre almeno in parte detto manico (12) sulla faccia posteriore (P) ed in corrispondenza della falda posteriore (R) di detto telo (T), mentre detta falda anteriore (F) del telo (T) è disposta antistante rispetto a detta parte a piastra (11) di detta paletta (10); - ribaltare verso l'alto detta falda anteriore (F) del telo (T) attorno a detta parte a piastra (11) di detta paletta (10), avvolgendo detta stessa parte a piastra (11), e sovrapporre detta stessa falda anteriore (F) con la faccia posteriore (P) disposta contro detto manico (12) di detta paletta (10), mentre la faccia anteriore (A) di detta falda anteriore (F) è rivolta verso l'alto, ed impugnare insieme detta falda anteriore (F) e detta falda posteriore (R) del telo (T), avvolgendo almeno parzialmente detto manico (12) della paletta (10); - ruotare sostanzialmente di 180° detta paletta (10) avvolta in detto telo (T) attorno ad un asse parallelo alla detta direzione longitudinale, rivolgendo la faccia anteriore (A) di detta falda anteriore (F) verso il suolo, mentre la falda posteriore (R) del telo (10) presenta la faccia anteriore (A) rivolta verso l'alto; - disporre detta parte a piastra (11) di detta paletta (10), avvolta mediante il telo (T), in prossimità di escrementi di un animale domestico deposti al suolo, appoggiando al suolo detta parte a piastra (11) di detta paletta (10) e facendola avanzare verso gli escrementi medesimi, raccogliendo durante tale movimento gli escrementi su detta faccia anteriore (A) della falda posteriore (R) di detto telo (T), che è rivolta verso l'alto e che è appoggiata sopra detta parte a piastra (11) di detta paletta (10); - sollevare rispetto al suolo detta paletta (10) avvolta in detto telo (T) insieme con gli escrementi, mantenuti su detta faccia anteriore (A) della falda posteriore (R) di detto telo (T); - rilasciare dalla presa manuale e ribaltare verso l'alto detta falda anteriore (F) del telo (T) attorno a detta parte a piastra (11) di detta paletta (10), sovrapponendo agli escrementi raccolti la faccia anteriore (A) di detta falda anteriore (F) del telo (10), falda anteriore che viene anche sovrapposta rispetto alla faccia anteriore (A) della falda posteriore (R) del telo (10), formando con le dette due falde anteriore (F) e posteriore (R) del telo (T) contrapposte e sovrapposte una sacca (C), contenente gli escrementi raccolti, sacca che è aperta lungo due lati (L1, L2) opposti, e paralleli a detto manico (12), e lungo l'estremità superiore (L3) della sacca medesima; detta sacca (C) essendo disposta almeno parzialmente contro detto manico (12) di detta paletta (10); - impugnare con una mano detta sacca (C) insieme con una parte di detto manico (12) della paletta (10), detta sacca (C) essendo disposta esternamente al manico (12) di detta paletta (10) e la detta parte a piastra (11) della paletta (10) essendo mantenuta nella tasca (S), aperta verso l'esterno di detta sacca (C); - risvoltare parzialmente su se stessa detta sacca (C), in corrispondenza di un primo lato aperto (L1), sovrapponendo, da parte opposta rispetto a detta tasca (S), una prima parte inferiore della sacca (C) rispetto ad una orrispondente prima zona laterale di detta parte a piastra (11) di detta aletta (10) ed una corrispondente prima parte laterale superiore di detta acca (C) al di sopra di detto manico (12), detta prima parte superiore di etta sacca (C) e detto manico (12) essendo impugnati insieme con una tessa mano; risvoltare parzialmente su se stessa detta sacca (C), in corrispondenza ell'altro lato aperto (L2), sovrapponendo, da parte opposta rispetto a detta asca (S), una seconda parte inferiore della sacca (C) ad una corrispondente econda zona laterale di detta parte a piastra (11) di detta paletta (10) ed na seconda corrispondente parte superiore di detta sacca (C) rispetto a etta prima parte superiore di detta sacca (C) già risvoltata, risvoltare poi arzialmente su se stessa detta sacca (C) in corrispondenza di una zona di stremità superiore (L3), in cui detta prima parte superiore di detta sacca C), detta seconda parte superiore di detta sacca (C), detta zona di stremità superiore (L3) e detto manico (12) sono impugnati insieme con na stessa mano; impugnare, con una mano, detta sacca (C) presentante detti due lati perti (L1, L2) e detta zone di estremità superiore (L3) risvoltati a chiusura u se stessi e, con un'altra mano, detto manico (12) di paletta (10) e, dopo vere sfilato detta parte a piastra (11) di detta paletta (10) da detta tasca S) di detto telo (T), smaltire in luogo idoneo detta sacca chiusa (C). 7.
