Nel sistema in oggetto il bloccaggio del tubo avviene tramite l'utilizzo di una fascetta o morsetto, in materiale plastico particolarmente resistente, di forma circolare, all’interno del quale è presente un rilievo o lamina di pochi decimi di millimetro di spessore, alta quanto la larghezza del morsetto. Le parti terminali del morsetto, opposte al rilievo, presentano un’apertura interna le cui superfici opposte sono una liscia ed una dentata; il serraggio del tubo avviene sovrapponendo le parti dentate delle due estremità della fascetta, che si bloccheranno così naturalmente una nell’altra realizzando una tenuta stabile e sicura, ulteriormente rafforzata dal rilievo sopra descritto atto appunto ad impedire la rotazione della fascetta attorno al proprio asse centrale. La presenza del rilievo facilita inoltre l’operazione di serraggio, grazie alla maggiore stabilità del sistema. La fascetta così realizzata è particolarmente indicata per il bloccaggio di derivazioni dotate di parte terminale di connessione flessibile, potendosi in tal caso adattare pienamente ad essa. Con riferimento a Fig.1a e Fig.1b, la fascetta o morsetto (1) è di forma circolare, con parti terminali (3a) e (3b) presentanti delle aperture rispettivamente (a) e (b). La parte superiore (3a1) della parte terminale (3a) presenta una superficie inferiore dentata, mentre la parte inferiore (3a2) della stessa parte terminale (3a) ha una superficie superiore liscia; la parte superiore (3b1) della parte terminale (3b) presenta invece una superficie inferiore liscia, mentre la parte inferiore (3b2) della parte terminale (3b) ha una superficie dentata. Inserendo la parte superiore (3a1) della parte terminale (3a) nell’apertura (b) della parte terminale (3b), si realizza, come evidenziato in Fig.tb, la sovrapposizione ed il conseguente incastro delle superfici dentate delle parti (3a1) e (3b2). Il rilievo (2), presente sulla superficie interna della fascetta (1) opposta alle estremità (3a) e (3b), assicura che, una volta bloccata la fascetta attorno al tubo, questa non ruoti attorno al proprio asse centrale, rendendo stabile e sicura la tenuta dell’intero dispositivo.
