More specifically, the invention relates to an under-shoe support applicable to women's shoes with heels to facilitate walking on soft surfaces such as, for example, sand.

In a typical use of the invention, the undershoe is designed as an aid to use women's heeled shoes on the beach, for example at receptions or parties.

State of the art

At present, there are known supports for footwear, designed to allow the use of sports shoes in environments other than those of normal use.

For example, an undershoe applicable to golf shoes is known from US3913243, designed to protect the walking ground from the shoe studs.

Known undershoes generally have the drawback of not being suitable for supporting women's shoes, characterized by high and slender heels. In particular, known type under-shoes are not satisfactory for supporting women's shoes on a soft walking surface such as sand.

Purpose of the invention

With the present invention it is intended to overcome the drawbacks of the already known solutions and to propose an under-shoe support for women's shoes capable of effectively supporting the shoe on sand and, at the same time, which leaves unchanged or has a limited effect on the aesthetics of the shoe.

Summary of the invention

These purposes have been achieved by making an undershoe according to at least one of the attached claims.

A first advantage consists in the fact that the undershoe effectively supports women's footwear even on sand.

A second advantage is the ease of putting on and removing the under shoe from the shoe.

A further advantage consists in the fact that the undershoe of the invention minimally affects the aesthetics of the shoe.

An even further advantage consists in the fact that the undershoe does not retain the sand and allows it to escape during walking.

Detailed description

With reference to the attached drawings, an under-shoe for women's shoes (C) with heel is described, comprising a flat bearing support 1.

In the context of this description, by bearing is meant a support with sufficient rigidity to support the shoe C on yielding surfaces, in particular on sand. By way of example, the support 1 can be made of a material selected from leather, wood, cork, plastic material and / or combinations of these materials.

With reference to figure 1, the support 1 has an upper support surface 7 which includes a front portion 2 for the support of the sole of the shoe and a rear section 3 for the stable support of the heel T.

To the support 1 are fastened, for example sewn or glued, first front binding means 4, arranged at the front section 2 of the support 1 and second rear binding means 5 arranged at the rear section 3 of the support 1. According to the invention , the binding means 4, 5 which may consist of elastic bands and / or adjustable laces, for example with buckles or Velcro ® are arranged to bind the shoe in a manner adaptable to the shape and / or size of the front toe P and the rear heel 9 and preferably in a substantially symmetrical manner with respect to the support 1.

Furthermore, the support 1 has an intermediate section 6 free from the front and rear binding means 4, 5 so as to allow the sand to escape in case of use on the beach.

Preferably, the support surface 7 of the support 1 is an anti-slip surface, due to the nature of the material and / or due to an appropriate surface treatment, and the rear section 3 can be reinforced to improve the resistance to the support of the heel T of the shoe and can comprise a locking point 10 of the heel T, for example a concave seat, to improve the stability of the support.

Advantageously, the front and rear binding means can be made of a transparent material to improve the aesthetics and visibility of the shoe.

The present invention has been described according to preferred embodiments but equivalent variants can be conceived without departing from the scope of protection granted.

Claims (10)

CLAIMS 1. Undershoe for footwear (C) for women with heels, comprising: a flat bearing support (1) with an upper support surface (7) comprising a front portion (2) for supporting the sole of a shoe (C) and a rear section (3) for stable support of the heel ( T) of footwear, first binding means (4), arranged in correspondence with the front section (2) of the support (1), second binding means (5) arranged at the rear section (3) of the support (1), wherein said first binding means are arranged for adaptingly binding the front toe (P) of the shoe (C) and said second binding means are arranged for adaptingly binding the rear heel (9) of the shoe (C). 2. Under shoe according to claim 1, wherein said support (1) has an intermediate free section (6) comprised between said first and second binding means (4, 5). 3. Under shoe according to one of the preceding claims, wherein at least one of said first and second binding means (4, 5) comprise an elastic band adaptable to the size and shape of the toe (P) and / or of the heel (T) of the shoe (C). 4. Under shoe according to one of the preceding claims, in which at least one of said first and second binding means (4, 5) comprise a lace with closure adaptable to the size and shape of the toe (P) and / or of the heel (T) of the footwear (C). 5. Undershoe according to one of the preceding claims, in which said rear section (3) is reinforced to improve the resistance to the support of the heel (T) of the shoe. 6. Undershoe according to one of the preceding claims, in which said rear section (3) comprises a locking point (10) of the heel (T) to improve its support stability. 7. Under shoe according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the resting surface (7) of said support (1) is an anti-slip surface. 8. Under shoe according to one of the preceding claims, wherein said front and rear binding means are arranged to bind the shoe substantially symmetrically with respect to a transverse line of the support (1). 9. Under shoe according to one of the preceding claims, in which said front and rear binding means are made of a transparent material. 10. Under shoe according to one of the preceding claims, in which said support (1) is made of a material selected from among leather, wood, cork, plastic material or combinations of these materials.
