3. Pillow as in claim 1 or 2, in which said suction cups (16) are two or more, arranged in a central area (14) of the pillow (10).

4. Pillow as in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the releasable fastening elements (17) are separable and possibly reconnectable with respect to each other by the user in order to separate from, and reconnect to the surface (10a) of the cushion said one or more suckers (16) or other corresponding one or more suckers (16).
