Description
Descrizione del Brevetto per Invenzione Industriale dal titolo: Description of the Patent for Industrial Invention entitled:
“Acqua cosmetica per capelli” "Cosmetic water for hair"
fase 1 : L’idea phase 1: The idea
The present invention relates to the cosmetology and hair care sector. It involves the creation and marketing of a water specially developed for cleansing the hair and scalp. A real "beauty water", biologically appropriate, which maximizes the effectiveness of shampoos, conditioners and masks, IMMEDIATELY restoring the natural pH of the hair, making it visibly healthy, beautiful, silky and shiny after the first use.
Drinking waters around the world, including bottled mineral waters, are often accused and the target of investigations which, over the years, have highlighted worrying aspects. From the dioxin content of some bottled waters not stored correctly, to the presence of heavy metals, pesticides and other elements harmful to health in the drinking water distributed by the water supply of many cities around the world, up to the excess of limestone and carbonates well-known and visible football clubs in Rome.
These substances are not only potentially harmful to the health of those who drink them but have extremely negative effects on the hair, scalp and skin in general.
Wanting to leave out the thorny and controversial issue of the food consumption of water, my interest is focused only on the "outside" and on the influence that water has on the hair.
The creation of cosmetic hair water will guarantee the final consumer, in all environmental and geographical conditions, to be able to enjoy a SAFE, STABLE and CONSTANT product, with which they can cleanse their hair, making huge and visible improvements from the first wash.
The product can be sold both to professionals in the sector, with special “on tap” distributors, and to the general public in liter plastic bottles, exactly as it happens for common beverages.
Secondo le analisi da me effettuate, il processo produttivo avrà tali caratteristiche: According to the analyzes I carried out, the production process will have these characteristics:
- Economico - Economic
- Potenzialmente delocalizzabile. - Potentially delocalizable.
FASE 2: CARATTERISTICHE CHIMICO-FISICHE IDEALI PER L’ACQUA DI BELLEZZA PER PHASE 2: CHEMICAL-PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS IDEAL FOR BEAUTY WATER FOR
CAPELLI HAIR
What characteristics should a beauty water for hair have?
The answer to this question is obtained from the studies I made on the structure of the hair, the characteristics of the Ph and how it reacts to the different substances it comes into contact with every day: shampoo, conditioner, shower water, chemical treatments, etc.
Prendiamo ad esempio le tinture. Let's take dyes for example.
In order for them to penetrate and dye the hair, it is necessary to open the scales. To do this, an ALKALINE agent with a Ph higher than 8. If the scales remain open, the hair weakens, loses the color of the dye and appears visibly damaged, frizzy, opaque. To close the scales correctly and in the right size, it will be necessary to restore the natural Ph of the hair: between 4.5 and 5.5, therefore an ACID Ph.
To obtain this effect there are specific treatments: masks, shampoos, conditioners which, at best, can help the hair. *; But what happens during rinsing? ; The scales rise and do not close again because, most of the world aqueducts, distribute water considered good to drink because it is between Ph 7 and 8.5. ; The water that flows on the hair during washing opens the scales, the hair is penetrated by harmful elements (heavy metals, limestone, etc.) and, remaining "open", during drying is no longer able to retain inside the right amount of water, essential for his health. ; By virtue of these observations, in my opinion the most biologically appropriate water for skin and hair must have a Ph between 3.5 and 5. Even only thanks to a SINGLE FINAL RINSE with this product, the cosmetic water for hair will ensure that the scales close properly, the hair will immediately appear healthy, shiny, hydrated. ; The tests of the product I created were carried out in this way: ;; I selected men and women with hair that had different characteristics (oily, dry, normal, straight, curly, wavy hair) ;; I provided them a one-liter bottle not specifying what was inside and asking them to make a final rinse of the hair with the aforementioned water, WITHOUT CHANGING ANY HABITS, that is, using the same shampoos, conditioners, masks, etc ... and then proceed with drying and to styling as per subjective routine. ; I provided 70% of the subjects with the cosmetic hair water I formulated. while the remaining 30% is normal tap water. ;; The results have been incredibly satisfying. 100% of the subjects who received cosmetic hair water found a visible, clear, extraordinary improvement in the hair in terms of softness, manageability and shine. ;; 100% of the subjects who received the bottle containing normal water reported not having found any benefit. ;; I repeated the experiment with other subjects, this time inverting the proportions: 70% received normal water, 30% cosmetic hair water. ; The results were the same: 100% of users of normal water did not experience any changes, while 100% of users of cosmetic hair water appreciated the obvious improvements described above. ; * By this we mean, products that do not simply give "the illusion of a healthy appearance" as instead happens with silicone-based substances which, by coating the hair, give an apparently pleasant appearance but which, in the long run, they do nothing but suffocate the hair, weakening it and damaging it even more.
FASE 3: COME SI OTTIENE L’ACQUA COSMETICA PER CAPELLI PHASE 3: HOW TO OBTAIN COSMETIC WATER FOR HAIR
- Acqua di Partenza: demineralizzata o Osmotica: Ph 6 - Starting water: demineralized or Osmotic: Ph 6
1. Aggiunta di Co2 per acidificare in misura di 9 gr/lt; 1. Addition of Co2 to acidify in a measure of 9 gr / lt;
2. Aggiunta di Acido Ascorbico in misura di 0,7 gr/lt; 2. Addition of Ascorbic Acid in the measure of 0.7 gr / lt;
3. Aggiunta di Inulina in Polvere in misura di 2 gr/lt. 3. Addition of Inulin Powder in the measure of 2 gr / lt.
In the mixture obtained as above, the Ph value will remain unchanged and, upon use by rinsing, the hair will appear conspicuously soft, silky, manageable, shiny EVEN WITHOUT THE USE OF BALM.
FASE 4: COME SI PRODUCE E COME SI DISTRIBUISCE L’ACQUA COSMETICA PER CAPELLI PHASE 4: HOW THE COSMETIC WATER FOR HAIR IS PRODUCED AND HOW IT IS DISTRIBUTED
Production and final packaging will take place in the laboratory.
The first step is the demineralization of the water which will take place with special filters designed to retain all the minerals, disinfectant additives and any impurities present, this process will result in water with a pH of 6.
We will proceed with the calibrated input of CO2 both to obtain a first acidification of the water and to stabilize the final pH of the product that will be obtained thanks to the addition of 0.7 g of ascorbic acid per liter. Once the desired pH is obtained (included in a range of 3.5 / 5), 2 grams of Inulin per liter will be added which will serve as a natural emollient agent.
The finished and ready-to-sell product will be liter bottles ready for use. Available in beauty salons, hairdressers, perfumeries and large retailers.
In a second moment, to safeguard the environment and carry out a fundamental discourse of eco-sustainability, the product can be sold to the final consumer "on tap" with the system of returnable drums that will supply the cosmetic water for hair, in such a way that the final consumer will be able to refill his bottle, using it many times and, consequently, limit the disposal and new production of plastic bottles as much as possible.
