FIELD OF APPLICATION

The invention refers to a system and an automation device for the creation by means of printing of support and transport packaging for gift items, such as bottles, which can be customized directly by the user automatically.

More specifically, the invention is part of the devices for the transport of various objects, such as bottles, or other objects, transportable on sight, which want to be embellished with a customized packaging system, which solves the following technical problems:

1. automation of the depth of the footprint of the containment means, placed at the base, in such a way that it is suitable for containing objects having a different base and height, without covering the view and with the guarantee of being retained in the footprint, even in the case of accidental overturning or reclining greater than 90 °;

2. automation of the thickness of the support band, in order to adapt to the weight and size of the object to be transported, by means of a system of reclining flaps, which increase the weight of the band, once the printing process is completed;

3. customization of a greeting card integrated in the device itself, with industrial mode.

STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE

As is well known, the need to reconcile the consumer's need for customization with that of optimizing the serial and automated production, typical of the manufacturer, is now increasingly widespread, especially in new markets that no longer provide intermediary subjects between the manufacturer and the consumer, like that of the web. In particular in the objects for gifts - sometimes even serial (as in the case of corporate gifts, production awards, anniversaries, holidays, etc.) - it is more difficult than in other cases, to personalize the object through a particular marking, or through a exclusive message, without, at the same time, giving up automation and the possibility for the user to independently choose the characteristics that personalization must have.

Another patent certainly falling within the known art is patent number US5782357 / A consisting of a special greeting card and a containment tray. In practice, the invention is composed of a greeting card built with a couple of panels that accommodate two other internal fold-outs designed to form a container capable of storing a gift such as a plant, a bottle of wine, etc.

In this way, the greeting card serves not only to present a greeting, but also acts as a containment and protection for a gift that can be given to the recipient, along with the greeting card. Both the postcard and the tray can be constructed with foldable paper material. The tray is preferably triangular in shape and holds the paper in an upright position. In addition, the tray offers space for additional gift items and / or other decorative items. Thus the greeting card becomes a relatively permanent object, in contrast to one that is disposable and immediately discarded.

It does not solve the problem of customizing the size of the gift box. It is not clear whether the closed card is provided with a confidentiality seal for the message to the recipient of the gift. TECHNICAL PROBLEM AND ITS SOLUTION

In light of the state of the art as described above, the first technical problem to which the present invention intends to solve is that of automating the dimensions of the containment means in such a way that it is suitable for containing objects having a different base and height, without covering their view and without risking breaking, by falling.

To achieve the aforementioned purpose, the invention in question is able to elaborate an impression depth of the support base, based on the parameters of the shape of the base and the height of the object, each time entered into the system by a user. the final.

The algorithm of the microprocessor processes the parameters entered by the user with the order and controls the operating machine for the impression, inserting itself in the process mentioned above and creating a shape of the containment means and a depth of the same, proportional to the height of the object in such a way as to be sufficient to prevent it from escaping.

The second technical problem, consisting in giving thickness to the transport device, such as to be able to support any weight, is solved through a second algorithm that processes the data of the object weight, entered by the user and indicates, through the microprocessor, to the machine cutting how many times to cut the shape of the side flaps, which by closing or being hooked on a central support band, determine their thickness, once the printing process is completed.

The cutting machine, in fact, cuts a support band, equipped with at least two half-mirror reproductions of the first, which can be folded onto the support band, in order to duplicate or multiply its thickness. The shape of the central band can, automatically, be replicated in a larger series of lateral semi-fins, as long as they are even in number so as to be able to correspondingly increase the thickness of the central support band, thus adapting its strength to the weight of the object to be transported.

This mechanism and the resulting invention also solves the further problem of strengthening the material only after the printing process is complete, so that the need for a high thickness does not have to require extraordinary printing media.

Another unresolved technical problem at the state of the art is to intervene in a normal industrial production process for the production of packaging and similar products, regulating the parameters of customization, in such a way as to modify the packaging even in an exclusive and individual way, without losing seriality.

More specifically, the invention adopts a method of incorporation in the support band of a cover element, which can be folded back on itself, or can be applied at a later time, with a particular system of cuts and folds which, once articulated, create a real pocket, tear-openable only and exclusively from the internal side of the central support band.

The peculiarity of the cover element lies in the possibility of inserting a personalized insert, such as a note, with a phrase or an element of augmented reality, and closing it as if it had come out of the factory. In fact, the covering element is cut in such a way as to close on itself in a sealed way. Furthermore, through a specific application available for all smartphone devices, it is possible to request a personalized video with slides which, once uploaded to a server, are activated simply by framing the ticket with the smartphone.

- an organized system for cutting and assembling, preordained for the personalization of the aforementioned device, consisting of an impression means (6) on high-density foam material, or other material suitable for the purpose, of a cutting means (7) for laminates, cardboard or other material in sheets or in any case suitable for the purpose, a microprocessor (8), capable of setting the imprint of the containment means (1) of an object (2), according to the - variable - basic and height (18) and to increase the thickness of the central support band (3) according to the - variable - values of the weight (20) of the object to be transported, according to what is described in claims 8, 9 and 10.

The peculiarity of the device as a whole lies in the possibility of controlling and managing the variable parameters of shape, height (18) and weight (20) of a potentially indefinite series of objects, which a user (19) wants to transport automatically and in the possibility to equip them with a particular branding and further internal personalization.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION.

A packaging transport and personalization device for objects of variable shape, height and weight that can be automatically set by a user (19), comprising:

- a sealing means (11), formed by a central support band (3), at least two foldable flaps (4 and 5) and hookable on said central band, so as to form a single support band with increased thickness;

- a programmable logic controller (8), which in use controls and manages the base and height data (18) of an object (2) entered by a user (19), processing the depth value (20) and the shape of the base that will be impressed to make the aforementioned containment means (1) suitable for the purpose of retaining an object;

- a cutting means (7), formed by at least one frame, at least one support plate, both of material suitable for supporting normal cutting processes, which will impress the impression in the containment means (1);

- a second programmable logic controller (21), which in use controls and manages the weight data (22) of an object (2) entered by a user (19), processing based on them the quantity of side flaps (4 and 5), necessary to give a sealing means (11) a thickness suitable to support the weight of the object (2) to be transported.

The device for transporting and personalizing the packaging of gift objects, such as bottles, furthermore comprises a cover element (9) and a customizable insert (10).

Said covering element (9) preferably has a quadrangular shape, however corresponding to the positive of the empty graphic sign (13) allocated on the central support band (3).

The said covering element (9) comprises a central panel (23), two rear panels (24) (25), two side panels (26) (27), a rear closing portion (28), and two cut (29), located on the closing portion called (28).

The covering element (9) has a closing portion (28) comprising an anchoring means anchored to one of the rear panels (24). The covering element (9) further comprises containment means for an insert, in which said insert (10) is a ticket that is already personalized or can also be personalized with augmented reality and said containment means comprise four folding lines respectively positioned along the base of the rear panels (31) and along the base of the side panels (30), in such a way as to be able to recline the latter along the aforementioned lines so as to contain the insert (10) once inserted.

The cuts are preferably made with punching, such as to allow tearing.

The anchoring element can be glued, double-sided or with any other suitable means in order to seal the covering element, anchoring the two rear panels (24 and 25) to each other, along the line of freedom.

The covering element (9) is preferably integrated in the support band (3) and in fact the central panel (23) corresponds to the positive of the empty graphic sign placed on the central band (3), but it can also be subsequently fixed on the support band (3). support with any anchoring means suitable for the purpose.

The cover element, by means of these cuts, creates one or more tear portions (32), to facilitate the removal of the cover and the extraction of the insert contained therein.

However, the material, the shape, the dimensions can be the most disparate, as long as they are suitable for the purpose. Therefore, the material must be resistant, with a minimum of elasticity and can be cut to make the impression.

Figures 1, 2 and 4 show a means of transport and personalization of the packaging having a classic shape with a basic internal empty graphic sign (13) and with two simple slots (14 and 15) for transport. The object (2) shown in the example is a bottle, but is designed to be able to contain any object that can be carried by hand.

However, the material, the shape, the dimensions, the presence or absence of the slots, their shape and size, the type of cutting medium, as well as the object to be transported can be the most diverse, as long as they are suitable for the purpose. So the material will have to be printable to ensure customization, with the printing media used by a normal graphics and printing company. Even the graphic signs inside can be different from those hypothesized in the example, as long as they give rise to the negative of any graphic sign, which allows to emphasize the transported object and to a corresponding positive that allows it to act as a central panel of the covering element or as a base for hooking the said covering element. The same applies to the corresponding covering element, which may have a different shape from that shown in the example, as long as it corresponds to the positive panel of the graphic sign of the central band.

The means of marking the containment means can also achieve the purpose by means of a laser, cutting or in any other suitable way invented or still to be invented, the same can be said for the cutting means.

Advantageously, the described invention allows to customize the packaging of a gift object, such as for example a bottle of wine or liqueur by choosing the color or a print to be allocated on the support band, or the company brand.

Advantageously, the system allows you to insert a customizable custom insert and a sealed or sealable containment element, in an ordinary industrialized and automated process, while maintaining the individuality of the customization. Advantageously, the organized system can be applied to any gift object by automatically calculating the depth necessary to prevent the object from falling and the thickness necessary for its transport.

Advantageously, the greater thickness possibly necessary does not imply the use of a printing machine for products of this thickness, thanks to the possibility of using the system of reclining flaps, from at least two to an infinite number.

Advantageously, the system can customize a gift object automatically, easily, economically and in compliance with the safety requirements for transporting the object itself.

CLAIMS 1. An automated packaging customization device, used for the transport of objects of shape, height and weight supplied by a user, even remotely and therefore variable according to the choices of each user and assembly system of the so-called device comprising: - a sealing means (11), formed by a central support band (3), at least two foldable tabs (4 and 5) and hookable on said central band, so that in use, once hooked, they form a single support band with duplicated or further increased thickness; - at least one containment means (1), and an attachment means, which in use incorporates the said containment means (1), to the central support band (3), with any method of attachment, gluing or other suitable for scope; - at least one covering element (9) and an insert (10), where said covering element has a central panel (23) coinciding with the positive of an empty graphic sign (13), made on the central support band (3) so as to form a whole with the sealing means (11). 2. A device for the automated personalization of objects, as in the main claim, further characterized in that the central support band (3) has at least one empty graphic sign (13) which outlines at least one solid element, which constitutes the central panel ( 23) of the covering element (9) and of at least two slots (14 and 15) located respectively in the two ends of the band (3). 3.
