L’invenzione è relativa ad una innovativa lampada composta da una parte esterna data da cristalli di sale rosa dell’Himalaya avente al suo interno una fonte di luce generata da una lampadina ad infrarossi. Detta lampada così composta, ovvero sale rosa e lampadina ad infrarossi, viene a formare un nuovo tipo di lampada, di qualsiasi tipo, forma e dimensione, che grazie allabbinamento sale rosa e lampadina ad infrarossi permette l’illuminazione. Il riscaldamento e determina effetti benefici per chi sia presente nell’ambiente circostante. Attualmente sono note diversi tipi di lampade aventi parte esterna in sale per illuminazione e per ionizzare l’aria. Il contatto dell’aria su questi sali ha il vantaggio di generare ioni negativi benefici sulla salute. La diffusione di tali ioni è affidata, però, solo a moti convettivi, ovvero per correnti che si generano al calore della fonte interna illuminante o per irradiazione, sempre generata dalla sorgente di luce interna alla lampada. Nello stato dell’arte è noto il documento US2005030747 in cui è descritta una lampada per aromaterapia dotata di serbatoio per sostanze con effetto terapeutico. La diffusione di tali sostanze è affidata, però, come nella altre lampade di tipo noto, a moti convettivi generati dalla fonte di luce e di calore. Purtroppo queste lampade diffondono un numero limitato di ioni negativi e di aromi terapeutici, trasformati dai moti convettivi generati dalla sorgente di luce e di calore. Dette lampada ad oggi note sono poi tutte dotate al loro interno di lampadine convenzionali od a LED questo viene a permettere un basso riscaldamento circostante. La lampada ad infrarossi secondo il risultamento viene a risolvere i problemi della bassa produzione di ioni negativi e di diffusione di aromi terapeutici. Altro vantaggio del presente risultamento è dato d una diffusione di calore generato all'interno della lampada ad infrarossi per lunghi periodi. Ulteriore vantaggio della lampada secondo il risultamento è dato da un basso consumo di elettricità. Inoltre il trovato ha allo stesso tempo una notevole produzione di ioni negativi, di aromi terapeutici, di calore e di luce con basso consumo di corrente elettrica. Questi ed altri scopi e vantaggi della lampada oggetto dell’invenzione saranno maggiormente evidenti dalla seguente descrizione dettagliata di una forma di attuazione preferita ma non esclusiva, con riferimento ai disegni allegati, in cui il trovato è illustrato in via puramente indicativa ed in quanto tale non limitativa. Descrizione dettagliata. Detailed description.

La lampada ad infrarossi oggetto del risultamento prevede una base 1 in legno che viene a essere da supporto ai vari componenti della lampada e che permette il suo appoggio, in base alle dimensioni, o su un mobile od altro od anche a terra. Detta base 1 prevista in legno od anche di altro materiale e con detto legno di tipo aromatico cosi che, riscaldandosi, posso emanare profumazioni varie in relazione al tipo di legno impiegato. Su detta base 1 viene a poggiare il corpo in cristalli di sale rosa 2. Connesso alla base 1 viene poi previsto un portalampada 3 collegato all’esterno tramite convenzionali mezzi quali un cavo elettrico 4 per la connessione alla rete elettrica. Detto portalampada 3 di contenimento della lampadina ad infrarossi 5. Detta lampadina ad infrarossi 5 intercambiabile in base alle esigenze di uso con la possibilità di variare da 100 watt fino a 500 watt. L’abbinamento innovativo sale rosa 2 e lampadina ad infrarossi 5 determina un nuovo tipo di lampada con basso consumo di energia, con elevato riscaldamento e quindi con aspetti innovativi rispetto alla lampada in uso. In una ulteriore versione, sempre con i convenzionali mezzi di connessione, sulla base 1 viene posizionato un termostato 6, costituito da un interruttore la cui azione on-off è comandata da una variazione di temperatura di un elemento sensibile che è parte del componente stesso, ed un potenziometro 7 per fornire più o meno corrente alla lampada oggetto del trovato. Per determinare profumazione volute può poi essere posizionata una ciottola in sale 8 nella quale possono essere posizionate essenze profumate 9. Per una migliore diffusione del calore e dell’aroma del legno viene previsto, applicata con i convenzionali mezzi di connessione, in una possibile ulteriore versione, il posizionamento di una ventola 10 che, in funzione, permette una maggiore efficacia della lampada oggetto del trovato. La lampada formata dalla base 1 , dal corpo di sale 2 e dalla lampadina ad infrarossi 5 viene poi composta e, avendo al suo interno i vari componenti sopra citati, è pronta per essere connessa a rete elettrica tramite il cavo elettrico 4. In fase di funzionamento, dopo le varie regolazioni attuate con i mezzi convenzionali, la lampada in funzione, posizionata su un supporto, a terra o su un mobile viene ad avere una funzione illuminante e contemporaneamente di aromaterapia. Nelle varie versioni cambiando il corpo in cristalli di sale rosa 2 si viene a determinare una lampada di diverse forme ed anche adatta a diverse terapie per il benessere della persona. Caratteristica fondamentale ed innovativa della lampada oggetto del trovato è la presenza al suo interno della lampadina ad infrarossi 5 che determina tutti i vantaggi sopra descritti rispetto a quanto noto nello stato della tecnica. Il trovato è suscettibile di numerose modifiche e varianti tutte rientranti neH'ambito del concetto inventivo, nonché di tutte le possibili variazioni riguardanti il colore, la forma e le dimensioni. Tutti i particolari possono poi essere sostituiti da altri tecnicamente equivalenti senza per questo uscire dal campo di protezione sancito dalle rivendicazioni. To determine the desired fragrance, a bowl in salt 8 can then be positioned in which perfumed essences 9 can be placed. For a better diffusion of the heat and aroma of the wood, it is provided, applied with conventional connection means, in a possible further version , the positioning of a fan 10 which, in operation, allows a greater efficacy of the lamp according to the invention. The lamp formed by the base 1, by the salt body 2 and by the infrared bulb 5 is then composed and, having the various components mentioned above inside it, is ready to be connected to the mains by means of the electric cable 4. In the phase of operation, after the various adjustments implemented with conventional means, the lamp in operation, positioned on a support, on the floor or on a piece of furniture, has an illuminating and at the same time aromatherapy function. In the various versions, by changing the body into pink salt crystals 2, a lamp of different shapes is determined and also suitable for different therapies for the well-being of the person. A fundamental and innovative characteristic of the lamp according to the invention is the presence inside it of the infrared lamp 5 which determines all the advantages described above with respect to what is known in the state of the art. The invention is susceptible of numerous modifications and variations, all of which are within the scope of the inventive concept, as well as of all possible variations regarding color, shape and dimensions. All the details can then be replaced by other technically equivalent ones without thereby departing from the field of protection sanctioned by the claims.

Claims

CLAIMS 1) Infrared heating pink salt lamp characterized by the fact of being composed of a wooden base (1) which supports the body in pink salt crystals (2) and a lamp holder (3) in which it is applied an infrared bulb (5), in which the presence in combination of the body in pink salt (2) and the infrared bulb (5) allows greater lighting, greater heating and energy savings.

2) Pink infrared heating room lamp, as in claim 1, characterized in that the infrared lamp (5) is interchangeable with the possibility of varying from 00 watts up to 500 watts.

3) Pink infrared heating salt lamp, as per claims 1 and 2, characterized by the fact that a thermostat (6) and a potentiometer (7) can be provided inside the body (2) so as to regulate the temperature variation external.

4) Heating infrared pink salt lamp, as per claims 1 and 2, characterized by the fact that in order to determine room fragrances and for aromatherapy inside the body (2), a salt bowl (8) can be provided in which to store perfumed essences (9).

5) Infrared heating pink salt lamp, as per claims 1, 2 and 4, characterized in that a fan (10) can be provided for a diffusion of heat and aroma.

6) Pink infrared heating salt lamp, as per the previous claims, characterized by the fact that it is connected to the mains via its cable (4) and, in addition to achieving low electricity consumption, it determines greater heat, light and beneficial effects for the person.

7) Heating infrared pink salt lamp, as per claim 1, characterized in that the base (1) can be made of non-woody material.

8) Heating infrared pink salt lamp, as per claim 1, characterized in that the wood can be of the aromatic type so that, when heated, it gives off various fragrances depending on the wood used.
