DESCRIZIONE DELL’INNOVAZIONE DESCRIPTION OF THE INNOVATION

La presente innovazione si inserisce nel settore tecnico concernente un apparato per la conformazione di plantari provvisti di relativi rivestimenti. The present innovation is part of the technical sector concerning an apparatus for the conformation of insoles provided with relative coatings.

E’ noto dal brevetto IT1367437, di cui la medesima richiedente è titolare, un apparato per la conformazione di plantari provvisti di relativi rivestimenti comprendente: una matrice traforata, conformante almeno parzialmente la porzione inferiore di un piede, sulla quale viene posizionato un materiale di rivestimento, interessato, sulla facciata superiore opposta a quella a contatto con detta matrice, da una sostanza collante; una sorgente di aspirazione collegata ai fori di detta matrice; un piano pressore di materiale cedevole, disposto al di sopra di detta matrice, mobile verticalmente a stabilire la stretta aderenza di una prima facciata di un plantare contro la facciata superiore di detto rivestimento per realizzare un complesso. Apparatus for shaping insoles provided with relative coatings comprising adhesive means associated with said insoles and / or coatings, with said apparatus comprising: a matrix 1 with the upper side 1j shaped to at least partially shape at least the lower part of a foot, on which a coating 5 is adhered to; a pressing member 2, placed above said matrix 1; actuator means associated with said pressure member 2 to move it vertically downwards to establish, in cooperation with said adhesive means, the application in close adherence of a first side 4a of an insole 4 against the upper side 5h of said covering 5 to define a complex 6 which has morphological characteristics at least partially complementary to those of the aforementioned matrix 1, and upwards to allow the removal of said complex 6, with said apparatus characterized in that said pressure member 2 comprises: a support plate 20 ; a support means 21, fixed to a first upper part 20a of said support plate 20, and connected to said actuator means for the vertical movement of said pressure member 2; a layer of yielding material 22, associated with the second lower part 20b of the support plate 20, with at least part of the lower face 22a shaped to be complementary to the profile of the upper face 1j of said matrix 1.

5. Apparatus according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that said layer of yielding material 22 is integral with the support plate 20.

6. Apparatus according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that said layer of yielding material 22 is removably associated with the aforementioned support plate.

7. Apparatus according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that said layer of yielding material 22 is of foam.

8. Apparatus according to claim 1 characterized in that the lower face 22a of said layer of yielding material 22 comprises a thickening whose dimensions are equal to the dimensions of said matrix 1 with a lower face complementary to the profile of the upper face 1j of said matrix 1.

Apparatus according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said matrix 1 is affected by a series of vertically developed through holes 1h connected to a suction source operated to determine the perfect stretching of the coating 5 on the upper face 1j of the matrix 1 to conform according to the profile of the latter.
