La presente descrizione concerne un’etichetta, in particolare un’etichetta comprendente un sigillo, che può essere applicata su contenitori per consentirne l’apertura o chiusura ed identificarne l’eventuale manomissione. INQUADRAMENTO DELLA DESCRIZIONE FRAMEWORK OF THE DESCRIPTION

Diversi tipologie di prodotti vengono confezionati in contenitori provvisti di una finestra di accesso coperta da un’etichetta che, una volta rimossa, permette all’utente di prelevare il prodotto all’interno del contenitore. Per facilitare quindi l’apertura delle confezioni, la linguetta di apertura dell’etichetta può essere provvista di un’asola in cui l’utente introduce un dito per agganciare il lembo stesso. In questo modo, l’utente può sollevare l’etichetta con un solo dito senza dover trattenere l’intera linguetta tra le dita. Scopo della presente descrizione è pertanto quello di fornire un’etichetta esente da tali inconvenienti. Detto scopo viene conseguito con un’etichetta, un foglio ed un contenitore le cui caratteristiche principali sono specificate nelle rivendicazioni allegate. Grazie alla particolare disposizione delle incisioni e dell’adesivo, l’etichetta secondo la presente descrizione consente di ottenere con un effetto sinergico non solo un sigillo anti-manomissione più efficace di quello di EP 3023357 B1 ma anche un’apertura nell’etichetta che ne facilita l’apertura, come nell’etichetta di WO 2015/145339 A1.
