CLAIMS 1. Ashtray with suction comprising: a containment body (2) which internally defines an internal chamber (3) and which has an upper opening (4) and a smoke evacuation opening (5), both in fluid connection with the internal chamber (3); a lid (6) which is associated with the containment body (2) at the upper opening (4) and which is movable with respect to the containment body (2) between a closed position in which it occludes the upper opening (4 ) and an opening position in which it frees access to the upper opening (4); a delivery duct (20) connected to the smoke evacuation opening (5); an electric fan (21) associated with the evacuation opening and / or the delivery duct (20) to suck air from the internal chamber (3) and send it into the delivery duct (20); a cup-shaped collection member (7), mounted in the internal chamber (3) to divide it into an upper part (8) and a lower part (9), the collection member (7) facing the upper opening (4) and comprising a containment side wall (11) which has an upper edge (12); all around the upper edge (12), between it and an internal wall (14) of the containment body (2), remaining identified one or more communication openings (18) between the upper part (8) and the lower part (9 ) of the inner chamber (3); and a conveying body (25) which has an upper mouth (26) coupled to the upper opening (4) and a lower mouth (27) which is defined by a lower edge (28) and faces a central portion of the member collection (7) to convey towards this central portion what enters the ashtray (1) through the upper opening (4); the lower edge (28) of the conveying body (25) being further away from the upper opening (4) than the upper edge (12) of the collecting member (7).

2. Ashtray with suction according to claim 1 characterized in that the collecting member (7) and the conveying body (25) are arranged with respective main axes coinciding and corresponding to a rotation axis of the fan (21).

Ashtray with suction according to claim 1 or 2 characterized in that it further comprises an electric switch for activating and deactivating the fan (21) and in that the switch is controlled by the cover (6); the positioning of the cover (6) in the open position corresponding to a closing condition of the switch with consequent activation of the fan (21), and the position of the cover (6) in the open position corresponding to an opening condition of the switch with consequent deactivation of the fan (21).

4. Ashtray with suction according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that it further comprises a non-return valve (22) mounted in the delivery duct (20) to prevent a flow of air from the delivery duct (20) towards the chamber internal (3).

5. Ashtray with suction according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that the conveying body (25) is shaped like a funnel.

6. Ashtray with suction according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that the conveying body (25) and the collecting member (7) are removable.

7. Ashtray with suction according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it further comprises an element for lighting the upper opening (4).

8. Ashtray with suction according to claims 3 and 7 characterized in that said switch is also electrically connected to the lighting element to activate it when the lid (6) is in the open position.

9. Ashtray with suction according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that it can be installed in a vehicle.

Vehicle comprising a closed passenger compartment characterized in that it comprises an ashtray (1) with suction according to any one of claims 1 to 8, in which at least the upper opening (4) and the lid (6) are arranged in the passenger compartment and in which the delivery duct (20) extends to the outside of the vehicle.
