Il Richiedente ha quindi trovato che, predisponendo un boccaglio per la pressurizzazione della cavità orale con opportune caratteristiche strutturali, è possibile ovviare a questi inconvenienti ed ottenere significativi miglioramenti delle condizioni igieniche della cavità orale, in particolare prevenendo o riducendo gli effetti delle suddette patologie. Claims

CLAIMS 1. Mouthpiece (1) adapted to be inserted into the oral cavity (C) of an individual for the pressurization of said oral cavity (C), said mouthpiece comprising a main body (100) presenting, in order, along its own axial development , a first portion (10), a second portion (20) and a third portion (30), in which: a) first portion (10) is adapted to be positioned externally with respect to said oral cavity (C) and has a larger cross-section than said second portion (20); b) said second portion (20) is interposed between the first portion (10) and the third portion (30) and structurally connects the same; c) said third portion (30) is adapted to be positioned inside the oral cavity (C), between an anterior surface of the dentition (D) of said individual and an internal surface (S) of the lips of said individual, said third portion (30) having a cross section of larger dimensions than said second portion (20), in which at least one duct (40) is made in said main body (100) to put the oral cavity (C) in air communication with the external environment (E), so as to pressurize the front part of said oral cavity ( C).

2. Mouthpiece according to claim 1 wherein said at least one duct (40) is made through said first, second and third portion (10, 20, 30).

3. Mouthpiece according to claim 1 or 2 wherein said main body (100) is made of elastomeric material.

4. Mouthpiece according to any one of the preceding claims, in which said main body (100) is made in a single body.

5. Mouthpiece according to any of the preceding claims in which said third portion (30) has, in plan, a substantially arched conformation, suitable for coupling to the dental arch of said individual.

6. Mouthpiece according to any one of the preceding claims in which said third portion (30) has, in front view, an upper recess (31) and / or a lower recess (32).

7. Mouthpiece according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said second portion (20) is adapted to pass through a through hole made in a wall delimiting said oral cavity (C).

8. Mouthpiece according to claim 7 wherein said first portion (10) is irremovably fixed to said second portion (20).

9. Mouthpiece according to claim 7 or 8 wherein said third portion (30) is removably mounted on said second portion (20), preferably by means of a threaded coupling.

10. Mouthpiece according to any one of claims 7 to 10 wherein said main body (100) is made of metallic material.
