Description

Caccia al pellet (dispositivo per recupero pellet).
RIASSUNTO: Si tratta di un dispositivo che, collegato all’interno del bidone aspira-fuliggine per stufe a Pellet, è in grado di separare il pellet in eccesso dalla fuliggine che si sono riversate entrambe all’ interno del cassetto presente nella stufa.
DESCRIZIONE: Si tratta di un dispositivo in rete metallica di forma cilindrica lungo circa 15 cm; il diametro del dispositivo in questione può variare a seconda del foro di entrata del bidone per la raccolta della fuliggine.
Tale attrezzo (figura 1) ha una valvola in basso che, aprendosi tramite una leva posta in alto (figura 2), permette di liberare il pellet al suo interno. Questo pellet può essere riutilizzato; in questo modo, nel tempo, l’utente ne trarrà un beneficio economico. Il riutilizzo del pellet contribuisce, inoltre, a ridurre gli effetti negativi sulla natura visto che comporta una significativa prevenzione del pericolo d’inquinamento ambientale.
Il dispositivo presenta al suo interno una rete metallica a spirale con fori i quali permettono alla fuliggine di riversarsi dentro al bidone e al pellet pulito di rimanere dentro al dispositivo stesso. Tale rete a spirale permette, quindi, di cernere la fuliggine/pellet aspirato dalla stufa. Il pellet si depositerà all'interno del dispositivo, invece la fuliggine uscirà dai buchi del dispositivo riversandosi dentro al bidone. Il bidone presenta un colletto metallico dove vi è una parte plastificata trasparente la quale permette di visionare dall’ esterno se il dispositivo si riempie di pellet (figura 3).
Il bidone ha un sistema (figura 4 e 5) che permette facilmente Γ apertura e la chiusura tra il bidone e il tubo per l’aspirazione della fuliggine/pellet.
La giuntura tra il bidone e il tubo di aspirazione è costituita da uno strato in gomma al suo interno e un meccanismo di apertura e chiusura veloce (figura 6).
Tutto il sistema, qui presentato, può essere applicato a qualunque tipo di bidone per l’aspirazione di fuliggine delle stufe a pellet.
