Marconi 64, 80038, di nazionalità italiana, in qualità di titolare della domanda di brevetto per invenzione industriale n. 102016000103489 presenta, contestualmente alla lettera di osservazioni al rapporti di ricerca, istanza di correzione delle rivendicazioni della domanda di brevetto per invenzione precitata. Sulla base delle argomentazioni espresse nella suddetta lettera di osservazioni, al testo delle rivendicazioni così come originariamente depositata , si effettuino le seguenti correzioni: Inviare nuove rivendicazioni in quale le rivendicazioni presentate nono sono conformi a quanto disposto alTart. 21 comma 4 del D.M. 33/2010 Rivendicazioni: 1 - Sistema di prevenzione, dissuasione e contrasto di attacchi alla sicurezza personale, attraverso un dispositivo di sicurezza personale monitorato, detto dispositivo/sistema caratterizzato comprendendo: un dispositivo connesso ad una centrale operativa attraverso una connessione dati con sim card per consentire la comunicazione in modalità in modalità Push To Talk per comunicare con la centrale operativa, a sua volta , connesso ad uno smartphone tramite un’applicazione, che ha nel suo interno una bomboletta spray al peperoncino, una videocamera IP ad alta risoluzione con microfono per consentire l’ascolto e la visione da parte dell’operatore. 2 - Dispositivo portatile secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzato dal fatto che comprende una sim card interna per connessione dati utile alla comunicazione in modalità push to talk con la centrale operativa. 3 - Dispositivo portatile secondo la rivendicazione 1 e 2, caratterizzato dal fatto che è presente una bomboletta deterrente spray al peperoncino, utile al possessore per potersi difendere in attesa del l’arrivo dei soccorsi. 4 - Dispositivo portatile secondo la rivendicazione 1, 2, 3 caratterizzato dal fatto che è presente una scheda GPS che permetterà la rilevazione della posizione del possessore alla centrale operativa 5 - Dispositivo portatile secondo la rivendicazione 1,2, 3, 4, caratterizzato dal fatto che è presente una scheda WI-Fi con tecnologia MIMO ( Multiple Input e Multiple Output) agganciata ad una rete Wimax privata, permetterebbe al dispositivo di inviare dati anche a lunghe distanze ( oltre i 50km) senza dover condividere lo stesso canale di invio e ricezione di un altro dispositivo che si trovi nei pressi e stia trasmettendo in quel preciso momento. 6 - Dispositivo portatile secondo la rivendicazione 1,2, 3, 4, 5, caratterizzato dal fatto che è presente una micro sd inserita aH’intemo deU’alloggiamento, permette di poter registrare la comunicazione avvenuta con la centrale operativa per il backup. 7 - Dispositivo portatile secondo la rivendicazione 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6, caratterizzato dal fatto che è presente un oscillometro che consente la processore interno di potersi rendere conto se il dispositivo sia stato sbalzato dalle mani del possessore, avviando immediatamente la macchina dei soccorsi 8 - dispositivo portatile secondo la rivendicazione 1 ,2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, caratterizzato dal fatto che è presente una scheda Bluetooth con tecnologia Beacon, consente di connettere il dispositivo ad altri dispositivi nei pressi e a tutti gli smartphone in cado di necessità, inviando un messaggio di testo o grafico, con questa tecnologia si è in grado di poter rilevare con precisione millimetrica la posizione del possessore. 9 - Dispositivo portatile secondo la rivendicazione 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, caratterizzato dal fatto che è presente un’applicazione creata ad hoc per lo smartphone che consente di monitorare il dispositivo per i controlli di setting, una chat interna ed una homepage consente alle forze dell’ordine, associazioni di categoria ( con account verificati) di poter suggerire percorsi alternativi e luoghi sicuri, nonché di dare la posizione della pattuglia di vigilanza più vicina, al fine stesso di tranquillizzare il possessore.
