DESCRIZIONE DELL'INVENZIONE DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

La presente invenzione s'inquadra nel settore concernente i piani cottura ed in particolare si riferisce ad un telaio per il fissaggio di una lastra in vetroceramica di un piano cottura. Un sistema noto per il fissaggio di una lastra in vetroceramica prevede il suo incollaggio sul supporto del piano cottura od il suo appoggio e la successiva siliconatura. The present invention is part of the sector concerning hobs and in particular it refers to a frame for fixing a glass ceramic plate of a hob. Con riferimento alle figure da 1 a 7, con 1 viene indicato un piano cottura essenzialmente composto da una lastra in vetroceramica 2, una base di supporto 3, un telaio 4, mezzi di bloccaggio 6, una guarnizione alimentare 7, una guarnizione termica 8, un canale di scarico 13 ed un mezzo scaldante 14. Il telaio 4 è realizzato in monoblocco, quindi in corpo unico ottenuto tramite fusione ed esente da saldature. The frame 4 is made in a monobloc, therefore in a single body obtained by fusion and free from welding.

Il bordo del telaio 4, destinato ad accoppiarsi alla lastra 2, presenta una scanalatura 5 di dimensione superiore allo spessore della lastra 2. Il bordo libero di tale scanalatura 5 è a spigolo vivo, così da creare un angolo netto di contatto tra lastra 2 e telaio 4, esso permette di eliminare l’annidamento di residui derivanti dalla cottura degli alimenti. La guarnizione alimentare 7 viene ripiegata sui bordi perimetrali della lastra 2 in contatto con la scanalatura 5 del telaio 4. Tale guarnizione 7 è più piccola della scanalatura 5 così che si possa posizionare assieme alla lastra 2 in vetroceramica in modo da ottenere uno spigolo vivo tra lastra 2 e il telaio 4. In tale modo questo spigolo vivo evita l’annidamento di residui derivanti dalla cottura di alimenti. Claims

CLAIMS 1) Frame for fixing a glass ceramic plate (2) of a hob (1) comprising heating means (14) inserted in a support base (3) of the frame (4) to which the plate (2) is fixed by means of locking means (6) with interposition of gaskets (7, 8); said frame (4) being characterized in that it is in one piece and is intended to be associated with the support base (3).

2) Frame according to claim 1 characterized in that it is removably fixed to the support base (3).

3) Frame according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that the frame portions (4) facing the plate (2) have sharp edges.

4) Frame according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that the locking means (6) comprise at least one flange (11) for locking the sheet (2) to the frame (3) by means of fastening means (12).

5) Frame according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a groove (5) intended to house the plate (2).

9) Frame according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that it further comprises a cover (15) hinged to the frame (4) intended to removably cover the plate (2).

10) Frame according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that the baking surface of the plate (2) is smooth or ribbed or wavy.
