The use of 10-formyltetrahydrofolate dehydrogenase (I) as a therapeutic agent, is new. ACTIVITY : Cytostatic. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Cytotoxicity is mediated by cytotoxic antibodies to human tumor cells, particularly carcinomas and adenocarcinomas.
